By the way, that day I left the store and decided that I would never enter this brand again. And I bought a XS size model in a nearby store. I had already forgotten about this situation, when an absolutely similar story about the same sales lady from my friend comes to me. Have a conversation with your employee. Inform the lady if she suddenly does not know that by such behavior she creates / strengthens people's complexes and spoils the impression of you as a brand.
