A healthy bird from such conditions will never be :(

I put down the grated carrots - he was afraid to come to the cage. I called the seller, he said that my bird has such a character. But I think the reason is the terrible conditions of keeping these birds, they are sitting in a very small cage and they are probably fed very poorly, since he does not try other food and is afraid of it.
