A great small family-run hotel in the historic center of Istanbul. 4 floors, 8 rooms, almost identical, there is an elevator. It's a quiet street, but it's 2 minutes to the tram stop, 5 minutes to Hagia Sophia, and 7 minutes to the Grand Bazaar. There is a supermarket Show nearby. The inexpensive locantasi canteens at Sirkeci are 8-10 minutes away on foot. Eminyunyu Marina is 5 minutes away by tram, 15 minutes on foot. In general, the location is perfect. The room was small but cozy, the mattresses on the beds were moderately hard, and it was comfortable to sleep. The room had a minibar-refrigerator, safe and wifi (free of charge), there was always hot water in the shower, central heating was working (this is super important!). Cleaning and towel change daily, linen change every 3 days. It's perfect in terms of cleanliness. Breakfast items are included, modest but healthy and delicious: boiled eggs, cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, two types of cheese, butter, olives and olives (such delicious ones have never been eaten before), honey, jams, apples, tangerines, as well as coffee from a jar and Turkish tea (delicious). Of course, fresh bread, very tasty! And we ate too much, and then it's not hard to go to the city. The hotel belongs to the family, and they work in the hotel, creating a unique atmosphere of homely comfort. They are very nice people, they speak English well, but not Russian. We are ready to suggest and arrange any of your plans by time. We will definitely consider this hotel for future trips to Istanbul. In terms of price/quality ratio, the hotel is excellent, at 5. I recommend it.

The hotel is quite small, the rooms are small, well, this is probably typical of most hotels in Istanbul. There was no coffee or tea in the room, and breakfast was enough to eat. Fruits, cheese, boiled eggs, coffee, tea, juices, sweets. Everything is clean, cozy, only one manager speaks Russian more or less, but a very responsive and kind man. There is a shuttle service to the airport.
