I came to apply for a biometric passport (on Wednesday, at 10:50 a.m.- it's not the end of the week or the beginning) and it started. Ticket-5 min., queue- 50 min., contract and payment-15 min., registration of the application (photo, signature, fingerprints, data verification) -35 min. Total-1 hour 45 min. + 1199 UAH (7 days for an urgent passport). It was on February 10, 8 days later, without waiting for the cherished SMS, I call the service and get a boorish answer that the service does not deal with passport registration, but only provides services and the passport is made not within 7 days, but after 7 days on the 8th. AND NOW, MY DEAR ONES, THE CONTROL IN MY HEAD is "WAIT FOR the SMS on FEBRUARY 22", after this phrase I have numbness, and the girl on the phone is "... thank you for contacting, goodbye!"
