I stumbled upon Heartbeat and instantly fell in love with the place. It’s run by the kindest Mongolian owners, and the warm, cosy atmosphere made me feel right at home. Having lived in Mongolia for four years, stepping inside felt like being transported back—it’s a lovingly familiar, welcoming space. The coffee is absolutely amazing—crafted with real care and depth of flavour. Their banana cake deserves a special mention: soft, perfectly balanced, and the ideal companion to a cup of coffee. Heartbeat isn’t just a coffee shop; it’s a little home away from home. A place where kindness, warmth, and great taste meet. When I visit this area, I always go in and take my coffee with me. Usually there was a pleasant atmosphere inside the room, good coffee. But today ... the kitchen is a mess, as if repairs have begun in the hall, instead of Americano, I got disgusting bitter water. It's a pity that everything went so wrong!

I really didn't want to give this place a low rating, as I am a regular customer and I used to get a lot of pleasant emotions here. Recently, a young guy, a local, has been working here. Once I asked him for an ice cream matcha with espresso and less sugar. Apparently, the guy only heard the word "matcha" from everything he said, otherwise I don't understand why I ended up getting a hot matcha without espresso. I decided to come in again today. There was no greeting from him, not a single word, he silently accepted the order, he does not understand Russian well. In general, there used to be a cozy, very atmospheric coffee shop and a Mongolian girl stood at the cash register, who spoke both Russian and English perfectly with foreign customers. Three stars for her service, but otherwise I would put one.

Excellent unobtrusive service! A very decent flat white, I also advise you to try the Mongolian equivalent of butter espresso, only in Mongolian. The coffee shop is run by a lovely married couple from Mongolia, very smiling and kind people. I definitely recommend it!
