Regarding winter accommodation: there is no hot water in the shower, only slightly warm, there is no central heating, the air conditioner also almost does not heat. On the positive side: the price per stay (500 rubles), there is Parking, large rooms, the room and bathroom look nice, the floor is also very cold.
