It's best to come here in the evening. The lighting is amazing. An artificial island measuring approximately 5 by 3 kilometers with a total area of about 400 hectares with three large bays, several beautiful bridges, beautiful highways and a great area with canals (Venice, of course!) it was created not so long ago. It's like a tree gathered around a central street - Pearl Boulevard. It was mostly completed by the 2023 FIFA World Cup. In fact, it is the pearl of the region - one of the best man-made wonders in the Middle East, in my opinion. Previously, in the waters off the coast of Doha, it was at this place that pearls were mined in the first place. Of course, this island was Qatar's answer to the islands in the UAE. Maybe even a brighter answer than the Dubai sample. It is worth coming here to enjoy the luxurious architecture and convenient infrastructure - hotels, apartment buildings, restaurants, yacht marinas, boutiques, exhibition centers, landscaped gardens, beaches.

An artificial island for elite development is one of the few attractions in Qatar. This is the only place in the country where foreigners are allowed to own real estate. Indeed, it is sparsely populated, with many expensive boutiques, restaurants, Rolls-Royce and Ferrari dealerships, and an expensive yacht parking lot right next to new buildings. There's nothing else to see here.
