I had a rest from July 21 to July 29 at Remi. The hotel has only positive reviews from me. We settled right away. The room was tidy, everything was functioning, excellent air conditioning. The cleaning was working well. I will highlight the kitchen and its staff separately: the food was delicious, the food was fresh, the room was clean and not hot. Staff: friendly, always politely asked if everything was okay, worked smoothly. The reception staff was also polite and caring. Maybe there was a request (where to find the market, what attractions there are, etc.) The pool is always clean, cleaned every day before opening. The sea is a couple of minutes away, the sights are within walking distance.

Nice hotel, cleaning every day, towels are changed every other day. The textiles are not new, but they are clean. The staff is friendly. With the all-inclusive system, alcohol is poured in portions of no more than two units, for some reason there is no vodka in the evening. The food is good, various cheeses and vegetables. But fruits such as peaches, cherries, apricots are all canned. Meat chicken and turkey, fish once a week. Desserts are national, different, you can choose according to your taste. Nutrition - you will not stay hungry, although meat is not every day. The staff is polite and unobtrusive, good and kind people work. The numbers are normal, of course they weren't updated yesterday, but everything is working. The pool is small and clean. The music (background) leaves much to be desired, they turn on depressive Turkish rap ... or they don't turn on anything at all, you listen to the noise of cars and people talking, the reception is not interested in creating an atmosphere of relaxation for its guests. The cost there is absolutely not democratic...

Everything is spelled correctly! If you've been to 5* hotels, Remi will scare you at first. But in fact, when we are in a hotel on vacation, we do certain actions, such as eating, sleeping, and washing. For Remi, these actions are not burdened with anything. The mattresses are good, there is water, the shower is not clogged, there are no smells. There's not much choice in the kitchen, but I even ate mutton, although I don't eat mutton in principle. Yes, the rooms are small, yes the glasses are made of plastic, yes, the pool is without slides and there is no animation. But the hammam works great. The staff is 100% pleasant. And remember, this is a city hotel! The pleasure here is not from the hotel, but from the surroundings. Neighboring Kahya is better, richer and more pleasant. But it's so loud because of the animation! In my case, this is the only reason why Remi collectively wins. If you'd asked me to move in, I wouldn't have gone. And it's good here.

We had a rest from 27.10. We got room 508, which is a straight apartment, two balconies, an armchair, a corner sofa. We really liked everything, the food was delicious, fish, chicken, fruits, a huge selection of cheeses, Cleopatra beach is great. We left on a positive note and in a good mood, I would have returned here in October, because the weather is great and there are places to walk, parks, a funicular nearby.

The hotel has three stars, why it has four stars is not clear. In room 415, the air conditioner was not regulated, debris was falling from the ceiling fan in the shower, the shower did not switch, it worked only in one position. The cleaning is disgusting, pick up the trash and wipe the floor in the middle of the room, it doesn't seem to have ever been cleaned under the bed, the shower floor and plumbing have never been washed. The towel was changed once, the linen was never changed. We stayed at the Remi hotel from May 13 to May 22, 2025. We were checked in as soon as we arrived. At the reception, Neczar helped with filling out the cards and himself took our suitcase on the elevator and escorted us to the room. All with attention and a smile. But I was especially struck by the attitude in the restaurant. Hussein, thank you so much for your hard work and attitude towards vacationers! He worked hard himself and taught his guys how to serve tourists quickly and accurately. This is the first time we have seen such an attitude of the staff towards vacationers. The food was delicious, and they provided both fish and meat. The soup at lunch is delicious. Fruits and vegetables, salads, olives, everything was fresh without complaints. White wine is always chilled, super in hot weather. The room is small, but we liked it, on the second floor with a view of the pool. Cleaning was no problem, towels were changed. Germans, Poles, Turks and Russians had a rest. Everyone was greeting and smiling. A calm, friendly environment. The location of the hotel in the center of Alanya was what my husband and I needed for walking and quick access to the sea. But the sea was stormy this May...It was dangerous to swim, but we got a great tan! I recommend the hotel ourselves, if it is affordable, we will also come here with pleasure. We were traveling for 3 days. The staff is friendly, there are two people who know Russian, although they can understand each other in English or gestures. The food is not bad, I just went 5 *, lots of fruits and vegetables, salads, scrambled eggs and omelets for breakfast with toppings, on different days they fry fish, kebab, etc., my wife rated it at four with a minus, the children did not eat everything (as everywhere else). A bar with local spirits and a seemingly clean pool with sun loungers. The building and the furniture in it are just tired. The overall cleanliness and neatness is not up to par. There are many Germans, but there are also many Russians) For this low price tag, everything is standard. The main advantage is the location near the beach, funicular and the center. Cleopatra beach and its infrastructure are excellent, the only thing that bothers is a bunch of pleasure boats, they don't go behind the buoys, but it's like that.

A great city hotel for your money if you come to travel rather than stay in a hotel all day. We had a vacation in early May with my husband and a 3-year-old child. We came to the hotel only for meals and to sleep at night, so we were completely satisfied with the rest. Location: excellent, the sea is a 5-minute walk to a cool beach. Shops are all nearby, and the port is a 30-minute walk away. Food: in general, everything was delicious, without frills, but no one was ever hungry: there was not much choice of hot food - usually 2-3 positions and a couple of types of side dishes, various cold appetizers, grilled trout on Thursday, apples, pears, oranges, grapefruits, medlars in May. The desserts are standard Turkish. The red wine is good and the beer is good. Entertainment: there were no evening programs or even music, and apparently there was no provision. There is a small pool, there has never been a desire to lie down near it. Rooms: we had a nice small room, the bathroom was also normal, there was no obvious rust and mold. The beds and mattresses are comfortable, but there have been stains on the sheets and towels several times, apparently they have not been washed already. The cleaning is normal. I had a rest in September-October 2025, before that in 2021 and in 2023. The hotel has deteriorated significantly over the years. No more coming here!!! There is no cleaning from the word at all! For 2 weeks, no soap, water, or gel has ever been applied. I had to go and beg. After 2 requests, the bed linen was changed, and then with the displeasure of the cleaners. It's just disgusting. There is no soap dish in the room, not even a toothbrush cup, shoe horn, blankets (it's cold at night under the sheet in October). The cleaners come and take the tips and leave, but they don't do their job. A separate disadvantage is the annoying and arrogant Muhamet from the hammam, it's just terrible. When my shoulder hurt, I turned to get a massage, so he was pestering and kissing. Instead of the stated hour of procedures, she received 25 minutes of harassment. He's a disgrace to the whole hotel. We stayed at this hotel 3 times. Great location! The beach, cave, shops, water park are all within walking distance. The rooms are clean, though not perfect. WiFi is available in the rooms. They put us in a terrible room, as I already wrote, the wallpaper is torn off somewhere, dirty, the bathroom is a nightmare, the bed smells damp. And most importantly, the air conditioner did not work, I asked for another room, they say that there are no available rooms, but then they gave it anyway, they came there, it was not cleaned at all after the previous vacationers, two separate beds, although they asked for 1 double bed. They took me to another room again, this one is certainly better, but not perfect. I'll attach a photo. In short, they exhausted all our nerves with this settlement. The mood was ruined. Towels and bed linen are all washed. Oh yes! the most interesting thing is, we come home in the evening, a huge cockroach with long mustaches is sitting on the wall, they tried to kill him, but he pulled away from us to run under the bed, a night of sleep was provided! In general, at 4 a.m. I saw him in the toilet, it was a war, we won! In general, I would give this hotel only 2 stars. I was expecting what the level of the hotel would be. The location is good, not so far from the sea. The rooms are tiny and already very "tired". Cleaning for 3. So I want clean towels, not 100 years old. I want a clean mirror. To plumbing(shower)they were washed and wiped with cleaning products. You don't have to sweep the floors, picking up all the dust, they have a vacuum cleaner for that. Fast and, most importantly, clean. There are no blankets, but something like a thin blanket. The kitchen is average. If you come to dinner not by 18:30, but at 19:30 there is nothing special. Watermelon has been caught in recent days. Is there really a problem with fruits in sunny Turkey? Meat: boiled chicken, sometimes fried, dry turkey, salted fish ( Cleopatra Beach is nice. Just the road from the hotel leads to room 4. There were strong waves for a couple of days, I did not swim, but the sun was pleasing) In general, the hotel is for those who are just going to spend the night in it or pensioners. There are a lot of them here. Especially the Europeans.

I wanted to write a review the next day, as there was a slight shock after the 6th visit to the 4* city hotels in Alanya, but in order 1) the hotel's room stock is very different: we moved from room to room for 2 days, as it was initially simply unsuitable for living (a room of 10m2, a thin mattress with protruding springs, stained gray-yellow linen, broken doors on the balcony), after prolonged torment we were moved to another, but there was no a working hair dryer and, most importantly, an air conditioner! The Anex tour guide did not solve the problem in any way - they achieved everything themselves, as a result, they dismantled the air conditioner and completely installed new equipment, thanks only to the hotel staff, who still tries to preserve the image. 2) The food is good (if not compared with 5 cool ones), chicken, turkey, poultry offal, fish every other day (mackerel, trout), a lot of vegetables, enough fruits (nectarines, apples, apricots), watermelon was given twice in 10 days only. There are few desserts, there are no traditional ones. The most important thing is that everything is fresh, without surprises! 3) The staff at the bar are simply the best that we have met in Turkey! And in general, the hotel staff liked it very much: no one begs for anything, they do not impose services, thank them for that! I recommend the hotel, but the rooms are a surprise, of course! We understood that the best rooms in the building, where the elevator is next to the dining room, we had 115. Probably there will be a suite now, after changing the air conditioner and a new hair dryer The sea, as always, was beautiful and clean enough, it is usually poorly cleaned. We went to 6 (the stove is not slippery there, the staff is good and the umbrellas are beautiful and big. 100 lire per item!

The rooms are very small, they are normal for two, but the three of them will definitely be cramped. The room has air conditioning, refrigerator, TV, kettle. In principle, it is enough. The water in the room is not replenished, only when checking in there was water in the refrigerator. The refrigerator practically does not cool down, because when the key card is taken out, the light turns off everywhere, including the refrigerator turns off. You can fill your bottle with water in the restaurant and at the pool bar. 4. Hotel services. There is a hammam on site. I highly recommend visiting, Alla works there. A massage therapist from God. If you go, you won't regret it. 5. Nutrition. The assortment is not small at all, but everything is cooked delicious. You won't be hungry, that's for sure. That's the trouble with fruits. Only very tiny apples, the same oranges and some kind of green plums. Pastries are also scarce at the hotel, and there are no buns or other muffins at all. 6. Alcohol of good quality. I tried rose wine and gin and tonic. The norm. The hotel is kept clean, the staff tries very hard. 6. The beach is not far from the hotel, sun beds and umbrellas are paid. In conclusion, I can say that the hotel is very good for a holiday.

Wide- yes, sand- yes, there are plates almost everywhere in the sea at once, yesterday the girl injured her leg badly in front of us.We are seasoned travelers, so the beaches are different... there is something to compare it with. Yes, it happens that even at a hotel there is a very decent beach, so all this is a managerial move. The food is meager, peppery, as in Asia, by the way, only in Turkey more than 20 times and I have not met so much peppery in any hotel. Take a walk and go shopping- yes!! Despite all the disadvantages... I love Turkey and its hospitable people! The sea covers all unpleasant moments!And the mood itself to have a great time and cover the minuses with the pluses is always there, but it doesn't hurt to read the real reviews of tourists.I am completing my review....the room was changed, by the way, to a more decent one, it's cozy and very quiet there. They clean and change towels daily, 10 pieces of water in cups were brought to us today by a very nice woman, shampoos, conditioners, creams, even more paper, it was very pleasant! It's great that after the criticism about the food.. The chefs listened, stopped being terribly peppery, new goodies appeared, the menu expanded... Well, they're just trying, well done!!! Not far from the hotel there are even ruble exchangers at a favorable rate, pharmacies, a bunch of cafes and everything for shopping.. With lots of shops and markets. I constantly bring medicines of excellent quality from pharmacies, we do not have such, and today I also bought omega 3-6-9. The weather is wonderful (37, water 25) there were a lot of beautiful boats today. They take tourists to the beaches of Cleopatra for an excursion, give them half an hour to swim and then drive off. The sea is clean in the morning, turquoise and very warm, yesterday evening the garbage was washed up. There are plenty of tourists of different nationalities, all friendly to Russians. Yes, the Wi-Fi in the room is great.. both in this and that, so we hope no one else will spoil the mood, nor any drunken tourists, by the way, they were Poles... Have a good rest for everyone! It is located next to the 4th Cleopatra beach, near the Damlatash cave, fortress, port and hangouts. The food is quite decent, you will not stay hungry)). The room stock is tired, but it is quite suitable for sleeping. I would like to note that the hotel staff is very good, everyone is polite, attentive, always help, prompt, cleaning every day. The disadvantage of the location is that the entrance to the sea is on slabs, so we swam for a couple of days on our 4th beach, and then began to walk to 1, 13, 14, 16. Wi-fi is free on site. We are generally satisfied with the hotel, thanks to the staff.

We stayed at this hotel in May 2023. Positive: - excellent location of the hotel, Cleopatra beach is 2 minutes away, all attractions are nearby, everything is within walking distance + cafes, market, etc. - delicious, fresh and varied food and drinks. - cleaning every day, shampoos, soap, everything is in abundance. - polite, helpful staff, well done 👍👍 - normal rooms, everything worked, everything is clean and tidy. Minus: - the hotel does not have a proper beach and as a result, there are no sun beds. We would gladly return to this hotel if it were not for the only negative, but for us it turned out to be very significant, but for whom it does not matter, I recommend the hotel from the bottom of my heart!

Excellent city hotel , two minutes to the best sandy beach in Alanya, friendly staff, clean cozy rooms, excellent cuisine , there are always meat and fish dishes , lots of vegetables and fruits, everything is fresh and delicious, tea, coffee and sweets almost around the clock I would especially like to say about the SPA area , clean , cozy , excellent hammam , special thanks to the masseur Mohammed , professional massage of the feet, lymph nodes, back, neck and collar zone, completely removed the problems with the right shoulder in 7 sessions! I just recommend it to everyone! Excellent facial massage + nourishing mask! My big thanks! We will definitely return to this hotel again and again.

I liked everything. The food is great, the sea is nearby. The beach is gorgeous.The hotel is located on a quiet street, but in the center. They didn't hear the neighbors. Everything worked in the room. The staff is attentive. There is a hammam, massage, swimming pool. High-quality alcohol. You can have more variety in fruits , but everything is OK. The contingent is 40+. There are few Russians. WiFi is free and good everywhere in the hotel and in the rooms. Do not change money at the airport! Best of all in Waikiki (6-7 minutes walk from the hotel)the most profitable course if you buy any thing. They always have change in lira. They accept dollars, euros.. I recommend both the place and the hotel.
