I reserved the hotel for a few days with the condition of participation in the promotion - tickets for children to the parks of Yas Island (well, there, an aquarium, a water park, a Ferrari park) are a gift. There was money on the card for three days of accommodation, and it was necessary to live for five days. Therefore, I made and paid for a reservation for three days, and separately for two days. They immediately tried to withdraw money from the card (but they were not there). I wrote to the hotel that I was coming the day after tomorrow and would pay in cash. The next day, the message came again, they say, the problem of payment by card. I wrote again, they say, guys, calm down, I have already booked and paid for three days, I will come tomorrow and pay for two additional days in cash (well, the bank is like this - three working days dollars from the cash form go to the account, faster in cash). In general, it's time to check in, we arrive at the hotel - and there is not instead of a large usual reception some kind of a fragile rack for one person and that's it. They were very surprised. And they were also very upset. Because literally an hour before arrival at the hotel, my second reservation was stupidly canceled due to the impossibility of instant payment by card. We checked into the hotel for three days, I say, well, let's add two more days, there was just a reservation, I asked not to cancel, so I'm ready to pay. However, I was told that the issues of booking rooms are handled by an outside person who is not sitting in the hotel at all, communication with him via computer and by phone. And this bad person canceled my reservation. There were no more rooms available, so we had to leave for another hotel after three days of accommodation, there was an unpleasant aftertaste, we will never go to this hotel again. The hotel looks like a large hostel. They gave us a room, a suite of two rooms - a bedroom and an office with a kitchenette, the room is not bad, clean, only the air conditioner was noisy, and it was very cold in the bathroom, like in a damp cave. In the morning there was a delicious breakfast, in the evening - dinner, which, by the way, is like a gift from the hotel. But we were still upset that we were evicted.

This hotel turned out to be the worst of all where I stayed in Abu Dhabi. The room was dirty, the cleaning was done haphazardly, and the service was terrible.
I arrived in my car and left it in the hotel parking lot for a few days. After leaving, I found a scratch that had not been there before my arrival. When I reported this to the management, they said they had not found any violations on their part.
I don't recommend this hotel to anyone. Poor service, dirt, and complete indifference to guests.
