A wonderful hotel with a chic location, cozy rooms and attentive service. I was in the summer, I didn't really like that there was a lot of chlorine in the pool (located on the roof). The rest is all at a high level!

The hotel is in the very center. A huge plus is a swimming pool, a spa area, a small gym. Good service. But, in the standard on the 5th floor, the organization of space is completely not thought out. There are not enough drawers in the bedside tables, there are not enough hooks in the bathroom and hallway. All things are in bulk in the corners or you need to clean the closet all the time, there is also no place to dry things. Deluxe rooms are significantly more expensive. If you are coming for a couple of days, then it is a good option. If you come to rest, it's not standard.

A very strange hotel in the city center. Positioning itself as a luxury hotel actually pulls a maximum of 4-. The complete absence of a concierge service. The reception does not even know where the nearest bank is.
It was a whole quest to order flowers and fruits with champagne for your birthday. The receptionist is engaged in flowers at this hotel.
The windows to the balcony just won't close.
The breakfast is mediocre. The scrambled eggs were carried for 15 minutes, they can forget about coffee on the way.
Of the advantages, only the location.

The room has a comfortable mattress and pillow, which is important for us) we are located in the so-called "budget" room, but for two it is just the most something (about 16-18 m) When checking in, pay attention to the fact that the windows of your room do not go inside the hotel-the so-called courtyard or well, because there will be it is noisy if there is loud chatter in the lobby, but even on a warm day it will not be possible to ventilate the room well. A good hotel in the very center of Yerevan, located near the central square and pedestrian street, there are many cafes and restaurants nearby, so it is convenient to walk and eat. The rooms at the hotel are comfortable, well equipped with everything you need, including bathrobes, a kettle, air conditioning works well, and a normal Wi-Fi connection. We also liked the breakfasts, they were delicious and varied. Very helpful reception staff. We recommend this hotel to everyone.

I didn't want to write such a review for a long time, but I had to, because we always stay at this beautiful hotel in the center of Yerevan and we always liked it, that service, that service, that location, but our last visit upset us very much, the owner changed there and apparently because of this the service became disgusting, I won't list the cons who makes us very happy there is a woman named Suzy, who is a PR manager there, if I'm not mistaken, she is always happy to help at any moment and connects at the slightest request.
There are a lot of disadvantages and I really want them to be eliminated, since this is a hotel with a long history.

Very nice hotel. In a great location, in the center, near the fountain. Attentive staff. Cozy rooms. Good breakfasts. There is a swimming pool. The only thing is that the restaurant's cuisine (dinner on the menu) leaves much to be desired. But, there are many cafes and restaurants nearby where you can eat delicious food.

Pros: excellent location, common areas in the hotel, live music, plumbing works well. Excellent staff.
Cons: uncomfortable mattresses, double two small ones with different stiffness on different sides of the bed. An overly expensive minibar. Tasteless and varied breakfasts (and sluggish service during breakfast), pulling on a 2-3* hotel maximum. I will also note parquet on the floors instead of carpet, which causes strong audibility between floors.
Bottom line - the cons still outweigh the pros, we will not go to this hotel anymore.

We stayed at the hotel "for the night", 35 minutes by taxi from the airport.
Overall, the hotel is not bad. but, it is clear that an upgrade has not been done for a long time. 10 years ago, it could have been called "luxury chic".
Very friendly staff.
In the evening, in the lobby of the hotel, a woman played the harp incomparably, giving sophistication and elegance to this time of day
Breakfast buffet..very very modest.
I think that the price per night (around 16 000r) is expensive for this hotel

We are not thrilled with the hotel, we didn't like anything in particular, except the location, excellent reception service and concierge work. In general, it does not reach the name of the Grand Hotel. The interior of the rooms is very modest, the bathroom smells of sewage. Sauna on the 1st floor, swimming pool on the roof. The breakfasts are quite normal, but the service is such that if you stay up for 30 minutes, a girl comes and unceremoniously tells you to leave.

What can we say about the hotel, as well as about the rest in Yerevan, which raised prices 2-3 times after the events in the Russian Federation… I understand dynamic pricing, but why can't we maintain the quality level of the hotel and try to improve it? After cleaning the room, the TV remote control was left in the dust, the staff did not greet, the serving began to be removed from the tables before the end of breakfast. Yesterday we sat down in the lobby bar (half-empty), the table turned out to be dirty, they started wiping it in front of us. The cappuccino was with poorly whipped milk, so it was more like instant coffee in consistency, but the coffee itself tasted good. Also, the prices of food in the restaurant and lobby bar for the center of Yerevan, as for me, are too high. All that I have listed is not something terrible, after which you need to run and complain, but the overall impression was not the most pleasant. For such money, we are used to receiving appropriate service, but not in this case (

Very nice hotel, in the very center of Yerevan. There are rooms that are tired and need updating (for example, 502) there are no coffee machines in the rooms, and many other things that meet modern requirements, but there is history here, the spirit of the former city, there are interesting historical rooms, I really liked the room of Egishe Charents, he lived here for many years…
The hotel is very nice, loved by tourists, by the residents of Yerevan and me! I try to stay here if there are places and it matches my capabilities, as the hotel is one of the most expensive in the capital.

Sockets from the Soviet Union. There's only one by the bed. Blankets are tucked into a duvet cover that is twice the size of a blanket. There is no micro-ventilation in the windows. The shower is small, dripping, the fittings were outdated 9 years ago. Breakfasts seem to be normal. You sleep at night, sensors with diodes of different colors burn out the retina of the eye. A bold minus in general. Comfort does not match its price.

I 'll give you one star , the hotel definitely can 't compare with 5 stars . 🤷🏻♀️Firstly, the old elevator where I was electrocuted, the room was not completely cleaned!The service in the restaurant is terrible!it was cold, I asked for hot tea and there were no 30 minutes, but they gave me warm soup, there were no tortillas, I had to stop by from another cafe for Food!So I was very hungry!Since I often visit Armenia, I will not check into this hotel anymore!I ask the hotel managers to really work on all this!Unfortunately, I didn't like it!
