This hotel is very bad, This is my second day here and nobody is responding reception is bad, room service is very very bad, nobody is helping. Don't stay here it is very very bad hotel. The internet is not working. Bathrooms are tiny and not good. Rooms are the worst ever. Stay away from this hotel

Excellent location but cleanliness is very bad. Rooms and furniture are wrecked and dirty and beds are very uncomfortable

This is one of the best international hotels I have seen in Moscow. The rooms are neat, high level security, quiet, and they've got the best rates. I've never seen such standard at a cheap rate.
