the main reason i chose this studio is because the coaches seem very professional and focused on safety. they make sure you're doing the exercises correctly to avoid injuries, which is the most important thing. the studios are clean and well-equipped. the only thing is that evening classes can get pretty full, so sometimes it's a bit crowded, but the trainers still manage to pay attention to everyone.
