The past years were more interesting. Dishes and a microwave were missing from the rooms. This is the third time in this hotel. A wonderful, Russian-speaking receptionist. Without delay, they were moved to a room with fresh renovation and furniture. The first one was in a deplorable state. Good food and location. Near the megamall and the park on the canal embankment.

A normal room and furniture, terrible service. We arrived 4 hours late because of the plane, plus we took an extra 2 hours to get there, and still we were waiting for a barely cleaned room with a harsh smell of cleaning chemicals, a light shower that didn't work, no slippers, towels, wifi that had been working for 3 times and a single window that wasn't washed, but just curtained. At the reception desk, a man slurping terribly with chewing gum took the passports and without further ado settled somewhere, by the way, no one met with luggage, defiantly, from the reception desk, the slurping man called someone to simply take him to an unprepared, open room, to push the bucket away from the entrance with his foot... On the first floor, broken mirrors are immediately visible, and you walk on the floor and stick everywhere.. And that's for $1,700 per tour!!! I can't recommend it to anyone.

It's the worst hotel I've ever seen in my 40 years. Dirt is EVERYWHERE, from the reception desk to the room. The room itself is disgusting. You can catch some kind of infection in the shower. There is zero service. You can't see much through the window from the dirt. Wi-Fi is almost not working. There are two outlets for the whole room and one of them is not working 🤣🤣🤣 It's WARM in the fridge It's really necessary to look for a worse one
