The hotel is lovely, the location is great. Not far from the old town and also close to the waterfront. polite staff, always ready to help with your question. At any time, you can ask for water, tea. A few cons: the description of the hotel did not say that the room was in the basement, we were a little surprised, but it did not upset us much, because we were practically not in the room. Also, the quality of cleaning leaves much to be desired after the previous tenants were found stuffed buns and dirt, and dusty, the smell of mustiness.

I booked it, it's a hotel, the worst treatment I've ever met. 3 days before check-in, we were asked to cancel the reservation, allegedly our card is not valid because the payment failed. Yes, the payment did not go through so that day we were at sea on a cruise and there was no communication. Nevertheless, we paid for it ourselves 4 hours after the notification, in which we were given 6 hours to resolve the issue. After long conversations, requests, and then arguments, we canceled the trip or we would have received a fine. They said they didn't have any more seats, although even after the cancellation, we checked the seats were only more expensive. They ruined the day and the mood. Thank God there are many good hotels in Istanbul.

Never take this hotel, we went into the room and left after leaving for another tc everything is broken, dirty, someone's food is left in the bar. Refused to refund the cost. The hotel is not that old, but battered. Don't waste time and money. The photo was taken when the hotel was new, and I think he looks at least 15 years old

The hotel is beautiful, conveniently located, close to restaurants and attractions, polite staff, nice small rooms, but there is one big but that covers all the advantages: very noisy! It will be very difficult to sleep, there is a constant buzzing outside, dogs barking, loud conversations of people, well, this is for an amateur! If you can sleep peacefully in the noise, then this hotel will suit you. Personally, I couldn't sleep all night and left right in the morning, despite the full payment for several days. The payment was not refunded. They (the administration) do not care about the guests, although they know perfectly well that there are facts that prevent guests from sleeping. The hotel itself is located next to some dilapidated buildings, it smells like cats, the place is not the most pleasant place to relax. I'm definitely not going to be famous here anymore.
