Is it really impossible in a private center in the 21st century to make an extract from the card quickly, well, okay, I had to study the legislation and call the Ministry of Health. The answer is, Decree 200, the maximum period for submitting documents is 5 days. I called, told the norms, and decided. I visited the doctor Bobkov M.V., the impression is as if you came and owed him, you can't ask anything normally. I made a diagnosis, asked the doctor to write recommendations to a neurologist (to pay for insurance), in response I received - and here the neurologist, this diagnosis is not related to this (I will also clarify). According to the provided statement to the insurance company for a dental scan, the reason is that the diagnosis is not included in the insurance protocol (according to the Ministry of Health). We will have to study the documents on this issue once again and make a question to the Ministry of Health.
