We bought tiles for the facade — a batch of 100 m2. From the very beginning, communication with the manager was complete indifference and lack of interest in the sale. Apparently, this was the first and last signal to stop. But we still made a purchase. The goods were delivered to the facility, and we immediately warned the manager that the tiles were needed for the facade, that is, for exterior work. They kept it under a canopy on the street, as it should be. The first batch was laid, and a week later, when the builders returned for the second part, they found that part of the tile was covered with disgusting white efflorescences — a white coating. And this is not only on the laid tiles, but also in the boxes! We contacted the organization for a solution — a representative, Pavel Zhigimont, arrived during the day. And that's what he advised us.: "Wash the tile with a special solution." At the same time, the supplier stated that the tiles had to be stored in a dry place and kept out of moisture. What are you talking about? It's the facade, the exterior work, which means rain, snow and wind! How could you not have foreseen such a trivial thing? A day later, the manager called back and, instead of apologizing, stupidly accused us of storing the tiles incorrectly. The result is that the facade of our house is ruined, it all looks just disgusting and aesthetically awful! Such an attitude towards customers and the quality of the product is a disgrace for the manufacturer! The choice is yours, of course, but I strongly recommend against contacting this company. I'm leaving a review to warn others — don't repeat our mistakes!

I agree 100% with the negative reviews. There is no interest in actually resolving controversial issues, including mistakes made by managers when calculating additional materials. The extra remainder of the fugue in the amount of 2 sealed buckets was kindly accepted with a refund in the amount of slightly more than 40 rubles, but with my delivery from Minsk to the production in Smolevichi!? There's no other way to call it bullying a client, it's easier for me to throw it away than to drive it back and forth for 80 km. It is not surprising that the KUFAR Internet site is full of private advertisements for the sale of sealed buckets of fugue, with an excess imposed on consumers. There are also questions about the quality of the stone itself, which the stackers had to grind and adjust. In general, think 100 times before contacting this office...
