Writing on Instagram with a request to help me choose a color at least according to the photo, they answered me rudely. Customer focus is zero. Politeness is zero. I don't recommend it.

Then they told me to wait 15 minutes, although there were no other customers in the salon. We were disappointed with your service, no customer orientation! As a result, we wasted our time.
