I really liked the hotel. Polite and helpful staff, ready to help with any question. The rooms overlooking the canal are just great! I lived in 419, it's spacious and authentic, you really understand that you're in Dubai. Very clean, they clean perfectly, the water pressure is just super! The breakfasts are excellent, delicious, there is something to choose from, you can order pizza from 40 to 60 dirhams (delicious) Location 🔥🔥🔥 we traveled by taxi, only by the meter, the price is adequate, we never took a ride in the subway 😅 For that, boats for 1 dirhams, sooo colorful))) Be sure to roll to the other side, cool market, lots of restaurants and cool photo locations! Well, as everyone has already written, they take you to the most beautiful beach in Dubai, the fee is symbolic, but there are not many people. I liked the hotel. The staff is very polite, attentive, many people understand Russian. The location of the hotel is gorgeous. The front windows overlook the canal where the boats float. In the evening it's just a fairy tale, everything is on fire, it's just beautiful!!! You can see the Burj Khalifa Tower, Dubai Gate, and much more. It reminds me of Venice. The hotel is located in this area of Dubai. On the back side there is a market for every taste and things and products and souvenirs. Near the gold market. Metro 5 min walk. They are transported to the opposite side by boat for 1 derham . Boats run every 5 minutes. The rooms of the hotel are in the style of Italian classics with oriental elements. Linen and cleaning are carried out every day and all wishes are taken into account. The breakfasts are varied. There are local dishes, as well as European cuisine. The hotel provides a free shuttle service to and from the beach. The beach is clean, few people. We liked it, we will definitely come back.

We had a rest with my husband at the hotel in the first days of October 2025. I visited this hotel in October 2025. Great hotel, very clean. They clean every day, change towels and bed linen. There are hygiene supplies: shampoo, Gels, toothpaste, brushes, soap. The food is delicious in the hotel restaurant, and the prices are not expensive at all. If you want to see the sights of Dubai, then the hotel is very conveniently located. There is a free shuttle service to the sea 2 times a day at 8 and 9 o'clock, while a towel is provided daily at the sea. The breakfasts are monotonous to my taste, but at the same time delicious. The beach, where the bus takes you from the hotel, is wonderful, clean, 4 bays, there are not many people, there are umbrellas with benches, there are many changing rooms with toilets and warm water in the shower- this is just a gift from fate) we went to a paid 5 dirhams, a construction site for free, they said that there was very little space, and shadows. The metro is close- it's super convenient!! The neighborhood is full of migrants, but no one pays attention to anyone- it's also great! We were satisfied with the rest. Dubai is very comfortable in December.

The range of dishes has also become smaller. I've never seen a worse hotel in relation to its guests in my life! Upon arrival, we decided to book a transfer to the beach, but it turns out that all the seats on the bus are full and there are no seats on the bus. How so?! If the hotel description says transfer to the beach. Not for everyone? Who made it? The ventilation is terrible! The smell of smoking is always present in the room from neighboring rooms. At 9 a.m., I was awakened by the sounds of a hammer drill and a grinder from the construction site. The breakfasts are quite good. There is a Russian-speaking employee at the reception. If you travel by car, an important point is that the hotel does not have its own parking! We had a vacation with my husband and grandson from April 15 to April 28, 2024. I liked the hotel. We checked in earlier as soon as the room was prepared. We rested in the Executive room, it is divided into two zones: an entrance hall with a sofa, a TV, a refrigerator, air conditioning, a table, a tea area and a living room with a huge bed, a TV, an armchair, a wardrobe, a safe, a table, air conditioning; there is a balcony with a small dryer. An ironing board with an iron was brought upon request. The hotel has a Russian-speaking staff, they will explain everything and help with everything. All the staff are very friendly. The rooms are cleaned very clean every day, linen and towels are changed daily, there is no need to ask, they do everything themselves. The breakfast buffet is varied, delicious, there is always meat, fish, fruits, vegetables, salads, nuts, dates, juices, etc. The lunches (a la carte selection) are very decent. There is a transfer to Al Mamsar beach, 8.00, 9.00, back 12.00 and 13.00, towels are given to the beach, juice and coffee are greeted from the beach. We have been vacationing in the UAE since 2011, most often we choose the Deira area, since it is convenient to get to Al Mamsar beach from here (we really like it, several beach areas, free toilets, showers, tables with awnings, few vacationers, inexpensive entrance -5 dirhams). Near the hotel there are bus stops, metro stations, markets, many cafes. We plan to relax here again. Many thanks to all the staff for their attention, care, and order.

The view from the windows can be both on the neighboring building and on the picturesque canal, but the view of the canal slightly increases the cost of the room. The hotel also has its own bus, which takes you daily and then picks you up from the free Al Mamzar beach. The overall impression is that I liked everything, I recommend it.

The location of the hotel is excellent, near the metro, 6 stations to Burj Khalifa. They take you to the beach every day at 8 and 9 o'clock, and pick you up at 11.45 and 13.00. The food is excellent, we took breakfasts and dinners, but we ate more for lunch, the buffet is super. Modestly, but everything is delicious. There is even a woven lamb and turkey. Sweets and fruits.
