There were positive impressions.
Of the minuses - they take you to the beach late (at 9h) and pick you up at 12h. In the middle of September at 9 am it's already hot and it's hard to withstand up to 12 hours... Swimming pool. A not very friendly man gives out towels, there are not enough towels for everyone. At 21h, bleach is poured into the pool, which then lies at the bottom unmixed... The child itched.
Breakfast and dinner buffet, if there are few people, then dinner on the menu. Delicious. The staff is friendly, the cleaning is good.

New hotel in 2013. We had a rest in 2013, the hotel just gave up, everything was new and clean, carpet everywhere, Arabic flavors in the elevator, the breakfasts were very tasty and varied, in general everything was on top, the staff was helpful.Now I don't know how, judging by the reviews it sucks, and if so, then the owners probably don't care, the main thing is profit.

I liked everything. Swimming pool and gym, transfer to the beach. I liked the kitchen, fruit and vegetable diet. Good location. Very friendly and friendly staff, there is a Russian-speaking girl at the reception.

The hotel is tired. Furniture and plumbing are old, battered. The carpet in the rooms is dirty - white socks have turned black. The windows are very dirty, initially I thought that mosquitoes are standing, and this is dirt. If the windows overlook the right or left sides, we can see the wall of the neighboring building four meters away, the room is dark as in a dugout. If the room has a view of the lagoon - the view is normal and there is light. The food in the restaurant is so-so, tomatoes crunch like carrots. It does not shine with variety. I killed a lunch box for an early departure (2 slices of bread, 2 slices of cupcake, 2 croissants and 2 tiny cakes for two). The pool area is dirty, if you walk barefoot - your feet are black. The pool bowl is small. The location is average, 30 minutes walk to the beach.
In general, this institution does not pull for 4 *, 3 with a big stretch.

The repair is overdue. The food did not please me in any way.. We took a non-refundable deposit for checking in ahead of check-in time. Water 0.5liters per day. The safe and TV were broken in the room. The air conditioner is not regulated.

The hotel is located in the center. To the beach on foot 25-30 min. There are many grocery stores nearby. The lagoon of this city pleases the most. The view from the window of the hotel and the hotel restaurant is amazing. The service is excellent. We cleaned and changed the towel every day. The staff at both the hotel and the restaurant is very customer-oriented. Thank you for your hospitality and cordiality. We'll come back again ☺️

Great hotel in everything!
The main thing is to take a room with a panoramic view. The surcharge is not big, but it's worth it. The staff is responsive. A restaurant with a variety of meals.
The beach is a 20-minute walk away. There is a transport. But right under the window is an awesome embankment.

Terrible hotel. I paid for a month of accommodation, but ran away after two days. The building is sandwiched between two neighboring candles, straight windows to windows from three meters. Noise from outdoor equipment is reflected between buildings and there is a constant hum in the rooms. It's impossible to sleep so buzzing. Like in a transformer booth. The staff is focused on the locals, all on relaxation and stupidity. They can go with guests to smoke or chat for half an hour while the queue for check-in is waiting. Everything in the rooms is old and dead. Half of it doesn't work. The rooms are smoky and smelly, although quite large. It seems there is some kind of transfer to the beach, but this is not accurate. Of the advantages, there is free covered Parking (around the paid about 2-5 derham per hour and you can only pay if you have a local phone number and a deposit has been made. Consider. Alternative parking on the ground for cash 10 derham per hour. Two nights later I realized that I was going crazy from the constant hum and said that I would leave at the reception. While I was traveling on business, I was simply evicted from my room, and all my things were dumped in bags. Everything is mixed with products from the refrigerator, ironed shirts, working drawings, etc. Everything is dirty, horror. And they also tried to take payment for an extra day, although in fact they had already vacated the room themselves at 12, and I arrived at 16. In short, I do not recommend the hotel.

We have been at this hotel since March 4, 2023 as a family. A 4 star hotel sounds too much. They are far from 4 stars. There are 7 times in the Emirates and there is something to compare it with. The only plus probably of the hotel is its location. Close to shops, cafes, transport. There is a place to walk. As for the hotel itself, the hotel staff (administrators) in the Lobby (a Russian-speaking girl) talked as if she was forcibly put there. The room was given on the 4th floor with a view of a nearby building. Awful. The windows are dirty. The linen is torn, the towels are dirty. Carpets and tables are all covered with dirt and dust. In the bathroom, we have washed more than once with cockroaches that run along the walls. Cleaning was one name. They didn't change anything. Just kind of just made the bed. The food in the restaurant is meager. We stayed at the hotel for 12 days, ate the same thing. Chicken and fish. Salads have one name. Watermelon for breakfast was rotten more than once. Before choosing this hotel, think 100 times. Especially if you eat with children.

We stayed at this hotel 2 times in 2018 and in 2020.both times in February. Shocked by the hotel.previously, the cleaning and food service were on top (at least by 4) as stated.now it's 2!!!! Let's go to the room:the honey is not lit, the safe does not work, the bodies by the bed, too, the room is dirty! One glass for two, a dirty cabinet by the refrigerator.carpet with orange spots, water was poured in the kettle from past guests, not even rinsed, traces of glasses on the bedside tables and table! It must be so...the concept of hygiene is absent, they asked for a brush in the bathroom, there is even a stand for it (broken truth), and they did not give it...there is mold on the tile in the bathroom....they are obliged to give out slippers and bathrobes-But they were not, only after a few days they were provided....checked on the website, were obliged to provide!!!in general, they asked to change the number, but no! We were refused three times.only on the 4th day they did a normal cleaning, put a pencil (there was nothing to write with), brought a second glass, replaced the batteries in the safe, connected the TV,replaced the light bulb in the light box, repaired the mirror in the bathroom and the floor lamp in the room...in short, this is not all, there is a lot to write.we composed a letter in English with the help of an interpreter (official) addressed to the senior manager and director of the hotel, asked to put a mark on the 2nd copy.by the way, it somehow stimulated them. The room was booked superior and with a view of the lagoon.settled in a standard and with a view of the neighboring hotel...the windows are also dirty, kapets!!!! The room would have been changed, but it's only 100 dirhams per day!!!! They are completely oborzeli.by the way, they pretend that they do not understand our English....well, so we did not lose our heads and communicated with the translator!!!Russian Russian is also spoken by them and their friend who sells fur coats downstairs speaks Russian very well.
The guy who is behind the counter on the right is always rubbing at their counter, also speaks Russian (where they provide information on excursions)

Room cleaning without reminders and complaints (as in Turkey)towels,bathrobes,slippers,shampoo,shower gel,soap,tea, bottled water,tea,coffee,kettle in the room. Daily room cleaning. The breakfasts (in our case) are all very tasty and the choice is very large as lunch. Tables with a view of the lagoon. At the reception, travel agents will offer a variety of excursions in various directions and for every taste and budget with a transfer from the hotel. Evening walks on the lagoon, parks, singing fountains with lights on the lagoon in the evening from 18:00 cafes and restaurants on the shore beautiful views at sunset. Not far from the hotel there is a fish market, a bus station, an amusement park, an aquarium and much more, shops are within walking distance.
Transfer to the beach or 20 min. walk. KAZAN restaurant near the beach. Very, very tasty dishes and large portions, friendly receptionist NATASHA and attentive staff service.

The room is not cleaned, towels are not changed, bed linen is also changed only after swearing. A chic hotel with a view of the bay! Very good location, close to all infrastructure, lots of free playgrounds, cafes, restaurants and shops. The beach is not far away. 15 minutes to go by taxi or free transfer, to whom as. They take you to the beach of another hotel, but it is paid. Therefore, we went a little further to the free city, saving. Russian Russian cuisine, Kazan, was found across the street on the second line at the Al Sif Hotel. It's amazing that in an Arab country Russian dishes are cooked so tasty and properly, probably the chef from ours. The bus station is not far from the hotel, and from there they take you to any emirate and city. We have been to Dubai, visited many times and even got to the Burj Khalifa, an hour in line! The light show is gorgeous, the singing fountains are simply magical. I really liked it in the UAE!
