One of my favorite hospitality destinations in Dubai, whether for business or family vacation, has loved staying there.

Great hotel! We stayed in the apartment after the flight for 2 days, but this is enough to understand the level. Large living room, balcony, climate system in each room. The location is great! There are restaurants nearby, 300 meters from the sea, where there is a private beach. There is a private outdoor pool, fitness and spa! There is a bar by the pool and a snack menu is available. Concierge service with courteous staff.! Breakfast in a restaurant where there are no crowds and queues) A pleasant place! Perfect for business trips!

+ the modern hotel is located in the new Festival City district in the same complex with the Festival City Mall shopping center (very large!);
+ when choosing a hotel, you can use almost the entire infrastructure of the Intercontinental and Crown Plaza hotel (swimming pool, gym, spa, restaurants);
+ a combined complex of cool pools of two hotels with an outdoor recreation area, a main breakfast restaurant, a gym, saunas, a children's room are located on level 4 (level 5 at the Crown Plaza Hotel);
+ you can go to the next Mall along the corridor at the GF level without going outside;
+ for a change, you can go to 2 gyms (although I liked Crown Plaza even more);
+ the breakfasts are delicious, varied; we tried the lunches several times at the Anise restaurant - we also liked everything (they gave a 30% discount for one child over 12 years old, up to 12 years old for free);
- the hotel does not know and has not heard about the IHG program "Children eat for free", information about which is indicated on the IHG website when booking - very strange👎

We checked into the hotel on 04.11, booked the 10th-11th floor, a non-smoking room. We were placed on the 3rd floor in a smoking room. The bathtub was leaking in the room, the refrigerator was dirty. We went to figure it out; first they said that they would be relocated in 3 hours, then that tomorrow. Okay, we decided to wait. The next day we were moved to the 11th floor. Everything would be fine, but only here the bathtub flowed (where the glass partition) And then they started repairs altogether. First where the pool is, and then on our floor. We breathed paint for two days. We got to the metro by bus or taxi. It takes an hour by bus to the beach. What I liked is that there are many shops and cafes nearby.

A very interesting design of the rooms, I have not come across this yet, it's cool. The staff is very friendly. The breakfasts are ordinary, the lunches are much better, a wide selection of meat and fish, excellent desserts.

This is an apartment hotel located 1.2 km from the Dubai Festival City Mall, where you can go by free shuttle. We booked a room with two bedrooms and a living room, on a high floor. There are three bathrooms in the room. The room is excellent, spacious, with a view of Dubai Creek (Bay) through panoramic windows. The breakfast is very good, the staff comes up and offers to cook something that is not presented on the standard distribution. Dinner on the menu, the waiter was very energetic and attentive. We couldn't cope with the dishes served, so they put the food in the boxes and gave it to us, Mouth-watering and delicious desserts are included in the dinner. The hotel left an exceptionally positive impression. Views of the hotel and from it (from the pool on the 17th floor)

Delicious breakfasts, beautiful interior. Convenient location - 20 minutes by taxi to the center and 10 minutes to the airport. A large shopping mall can be accessed directly from the hotel.

A wonderful hotel, fresh flowers in the lobby, a passage to the shopping center without going outside, an embankment with a laser show, amazing restaurants (in Anise — the best breakfast). The rooms are not always the freshest, but the staff reacts actively and tries to correct. Top lounge (27th floor), view of the bay. Afternoon tee and evening cocktails are pleasant.

The hotel is lovely. It has everything a gym, a swimming pool, a sauna (hamam). The food is excellent and varied. Nice view of the bay. Show programs. There is a huge shopping complex nearby.

Hello everyone The hotel is decent 👍🏻
Recently arrived from Dubai and actually lived in this hotel. I liked absolutely everything. The rooms are spacious, with a gorgeous panoramic view, cleaning was done every day, if there were any technical problems, they were immediately eliminated, as well as the room has all the necessary accessories: hair dryer, iron, ironing board, bathrobes and slippers, sewing kit, ear sticks and cotton pads, shampoo, balm, gel for shower, body lotion and dental kit, there is a bar (but it is paid, all prices are presented). The staff is very friendly, always ready to help - even if you don't know English)) Breakfast is varied, a large selection of food and drinks. The hotel has 3 swimming pools, a gym, saunas, a spa center.
Every day there is a delivery to the beach - La Mar. There is a huge shopping center near the hotel and a singing fountain show is held nearby every evening. By the way, the hotel is located near the CREEC metro station (the terminus of the green line), maybe it's for some kind of minus that it's away from the main attractions, but on the other hand it's a big plus when you come from the bustling center and you want a little silence)
I definitely recommend the hotel!

At night, the noise of construction could be heard in the room, even after 23:00. The staff could not solve this problem. During breakfast, sometimes they ask to bring coffee or tea, sometimes they do not pay attention to it. The quality of service does not correspond to the level of the hotel, while the staff is polite.

Dubai is a wonderful high-tech city. We've been there more than once. We have already stayed at this hotel three times. The hotel is lovely. Breakfast is decent. Service at the highest level. There are no complaints about this. Ready to help at any moment. The room was cleaned 1-2 times a day. Great pool. The design of the hotel is solid 5. The room has everything you need and even more. The hotel is combined with a shopping center - it is quite convenient. There are no problems with traveling around Dubai, the hotel always has several taxis. Excellent hotel in terms of price/quality ratio. I recommend it to everyone.
