One of our favorite hotels, very convenient location, not far from the airport, near the Festival Mall, good restaurants. Everything is fine in the hotel, cleaning and service, but the hotel restaurant is slightly down on food, there was no sea day, and the chocolate fountain was removed) A good place

Great hotel! We stayed in the apartment after the flight for 2 days, but this is enough to understand the level. Large living room, balcony, climate system in each room. The location is great! There are restaurants nearby, 300 meters from the sea, where there is a private beach. There is a private outdoor pool, fitness and spa! There is a bar by the pool and a snack menu is available. Concierge service with courteous staff.! Breakfast in a restaurant where there are no crowds and queues) A pleasant place! Perfect for business trips!

Large comfortable rooms, in general, a fairly beautiful interior, a good small size hall and a swimming pool, but a huge minus is the food, expired products, I tried only at the hotel and was very much poisoned, I went to bed with a fever, I told my friends about this case, and it turned out that all my friends who were at the hotel were also sent. The hotel is suitable for living, but be careful with the food. Large comfortable rooms in general, a fairly beautiful interior, a good small hall and a swimming pool, but a huge disadvantage is the food, expired products, I tried only at the hotel and got very poisoned, went to bed with a fever, told my friends about this case and it turned out that all my friends who were at the hotel also went. The hotel is well suited for living, but I'll be careful with the food here.

Great hotel. Excellent breakfasts/dinners (I took half board) large standard rooms. The rooms are clean. Bathroom with a large view window. A hotel for work/business trips. Definitely not for a beach holiday. Near the airport. Take a taxi 20 minutes to the center. On the downside: the SPA and pool are not included in the price. In general, I recommend it if you understand why you choose it.

We checked into the hotel on 04.11, booked the 10th-11th floor, a non-smoking room. We were placed on the 3rd floor in a smoking room. The bathtub was leaking in the room, the refrigerator was dirty. We went to figure it out; first they said that they would be relocated in 3 hours, then that tomorrow. Okay, we decided to wait. The next day we were moved to the 11th floor. Everything would be fine, but only here the bathtub flowed (where the glass partition) And then they started repairs altogether. First where the pool is, and then on our floor. We breathed paint for two days. We got to the metro by bus or taxi. It takes an hour by bus to the beach. What I liked is that there are many shops and cafes nearby.

The rooms are spacious and have great views. Very comfortable beds. An amazing breakfast/lunch/dinner buffet with a selection of dishes from all over the world. There is a mall with shops and cafes nearby, 10-15 minutes by taxi to the airport, the nearest metro station can be reached in 5 minutes by river tram for 2 dirhams, stop at the hotel .

The rooms are already tired, but very spacious! Not a bad location, good restaurants on site. But! The hotel has clearly lost its position. We visited it in 2013 and there was everything for five and the service and the food. We arrived in 2025. The furniture has been and remains the same for 13 years, the old one.

+ the modern hotel is located in the new Festival City district in the same complex with the Festival City Mall shopping center (very large!); + when choosing a hotel, you can use almost the entire infrastructure of the Intercontinental and Crown Plaza hotel (swimming pool, gym, spa, restaurants); + a combined complex of cool pools of two hotels with an outdoor recreation area, a main breakfast restaurant, a gym, saunas, a children's room are located on level 4 (level 5 at the Crown Plaza Hotel); + you can go to the next Mall along the corridor at the GF level without going outside; + for a change, you can go to 2 gyms (although I liked Crown Plaza even more); + the breakfasts are delicious, varied; we tried the lunches several times at the Anise restaurant - we also liked everything (they gave a 30% discount for one child over 12 years old, up to 12 years old for free); - the hotel does not know and has not heard about the IHG program "Children eat for free", information about which is indicated on the IHG website when booking - very strange👎

Delicious breakfasts, beautiful interior. Convenient location - 20 minutes by taxi to the center and 10 minutes to the airport. A large shopping mall can be accessed directly from the hotel.

A very interesting design of the rooms, I have not come across this yet, it's cool. The staff is very friendly. The breakfasts are ordinary, the lunches are much better, a wide selection of meat and fish, excellent desserts.

A wonderful hotel, fresh flowers in the lobby, a passage to the shopping center without going outside, an embankment with a laser show, amazing restaurants (in Anise — the best breakfast). The rooms are not always the freshest, but the staff reacts actively and tries to correct. Top lounge (27th floor), view of the bay. Afternoon tee and evening cocktails are pleasant.

Hello everyone The hotel is decent 👍🏻 Recently arrived from Dubai and actually lived in this hotel. I liked absolutely everything. The rooms are spacious, with a gorgeous panoramic view, cleaning was done every day, if there were any technical problems, they were immediately eliminated, as well as the room has all the necessary accessories: hair dryer, iron, ironing board, bathrobes and slippers, sewing kit, ear sticks and cotton pads, shampoo, balm, gel for shower, body lotion and dental kit, there is a bar (but it is paid, all prices are presented). The staff is very friendly, always ready to help - even if you don't know English)) Breakfast is varied, a large selection of food and drinks. The hotel has 3 swimming pools, a gym, saunas, a spa center. Every day there is a delivery to the beach - La Mar. There is a huge shopping center near the hotel and a singing fountain show is held nearby every evening. By the way, the hotel is located near the CREEC metro station (the terminus of the green line), maybe it's for some kind of minus that it's away from the main attractions, but on the other hand it's a big plus when you come from the bustling center and you want a little silence) I definitely recommend the hotel!

Dubai is a wonderful high-tech city. We've been there more than once. We have already stayed at this hotel three times. The hotel is lovely. Breakfast is decent. Service at the highest level. There are no complaints about this. Ready to help at any moment. The room was cleaned 1-2 times a day. Great pool. The design of the hotel is solid 5. The room has everything you need and even more. The hotel is combined with a shopping center - it is quite convenient. There are no problems with traveling around Dubai, the hotel always has several taxis. Excellent hotel in terms of price/quality ratio. I recommend it to everyone.

The hotel is lovely. It has everything a gym, a swimming pool, a sauna (hamam). The food is excellent and varied. Nice view of the bay. Show programs. There is a huge shopping complex nearby.

At night, the noise of construction could be heard in the room, even after 23:00. The staff could not solve this problem. During breakfast, sometimes they ask to bring coffee or tea, sometimes they do not pay attention to it. The quality of service does not correspond to the level of the hotel, while the staff is polite.
