My family and I visited the restaurant for the first time, as we heard a lot of positive reviews and saw vivid posts on Instagram, where hash is positioned as one of the best dishes in Tashkent. The expectations were very high, because hash is not just a soup, but a dish that requires many hours of careful longing, attention and respect for tradition. Unfortunately, the reality turned out to be different. The hash itself turned out to be without the characteristic density and saturation of the broth. The bone served was cold, especially the joint part, which confirms the waiter's words - the dish was not fresh, but only warmed up. This completely destroys the point of serving hash: it should be hot, fragrant and freshly brewed. I understand that different situations may arise in the kitchen, but for an institution that focuses on traditional hash, such an attitude to cooking is unacceptable. I would really like the management to pay attention to quality control and compliance with technology, because it is precisely such details that form the reputation of the restaurant and the trust of the guests.

They took 2.6 million soums for two. At the same time, they say one thing, while paying another. We took 0.4 liters of tequila, paid 760 thousand for Almega, when 0.5 costs 330 thousand. And the sierra menu says 300 thousand, but it's not there.
