On April 04, 2017, I bought a phone as a gift at the Ringoo store in the Arcadia shopping center. The store employee first brought the opened package, the phone was without a plastic case. He asked me to bring an unopened package. The same employee brought another package. As it turned out later, this box was also opened, but due to the fact that the Ukrainian-language instructions were glued to the bottom of the package, it was difficult to notice this. I was in a hurry, so I only checked the appearance of the phone, the presence of a charger and a USB cable. Before handing over the gift, I decided to check the contents of the package again. And there was a small opened plastic bag, most likely from under the headphones. The phone started without any questions about the initial setup, there were a couple of photos of the store's interior in the gallery.
