He manages to work with three clients at the same time without straying or losing his mind. Collected and polite. Issues/receives parcels in turn and simultaneously tells two clients how to register on the website to send parcels. And this is especially important in such places, so as not to collect queues, to be able to multitask. Because in other departments I saw crowds of people with gloomy faces and sluggish, barely moving employees. There are definitely 5 stars here.

On 08.06, at about 17.30, I received the goods with damage, since her colleague had little work experience, they asked for help in filing a claim, which they received a categorical refusal, not motivated by anything. At that time, the employee was not busy with other more important matters. It came as a shock to me, and I was also unpleasantly surprised by the fact that the employee was unable to share his knowledge with a less experienced employee. Moreover, the situation was quite stressful, and it was excusable to forget something.
