The location was convenient for me, but I would like a cleaner room. Breakfast was included in the price, but in the morning (around 9) there was no one at the reception... I didn't really feel like having breakfast...but the fact itself ..When I returned to the hotel at 11:30 a.m. to vacate the room, they greeted me politely, but they didn't say anything about breakfast. If you are having breakfast, then say it in the evening. The check-in was quick.

My husband and I were here in April 2025. The purpose of our trip to Istanbul was to take a walk and see the city. As a matter of principle, we did not choose an expensive hotel. The room itself is not bad enough. The bed linen was clean, there were no insects in the bed (and in the room). It hadn't been cleaned in 6 days, but we didn't need to. TV is Turkish channels only. The breakfast was modest, but we had enough. Cons: the air conditioner does not work, the shower in the toilet does not close in any way and water splashes on the floor and on the toilet bowl. The towels haven't been changed once in a week. Bottom line: for such pennies, you can stay here! When we were leaving, the guy at the reception offered us a taxi to the airport, but we refused. And he told us that the subway was closed. As a result, we had to choose a different route, we spent an extra hour on the road, and the subway was working.

Hi! We visited in March 2025. 3rd floor. Of course, there were few expectations from the 2, but the hall and dining room were very dirty. The room is tolerable, there is a refrigerator, hairdryer, TV, shower gel, shampoo, soap and 1 roll of paper in the room, and this is for all time stay. For 5 days, no one cleaned our place, the towels were not changed (they wrote earlier as a plus). Breakfast as written:eggs, sausage, cheese. We just bought our own coffee and it was normal. Plus of the hotel: location - all the sights are nearby, stable wifi, good mattress. For me, the plus was that I didn't want to be in the hotel and we walked right into the night. Which made my husband happy. He liked everything))) we bought through tervalata, the hotel increased the price when booking, not much. But 12 hours before departure, the hotel again announced a price increase. After talking to Tervalata, their specialists were able to leave the price unchanged. Be careful.

The hotel is terrible , the photos and reality are different, the room is very dirty , I killed a cockroach , the bathroom is leaking from the ceiling and very dirty tiles , the carpet in the lobby and on the stairs is just in terrible condition . The administrator did not respond to the remark at all . This is the worst hotel I've ever been to.

I'll give you 1 star for the fact that the hotel has walls. 1) It's just a pigsty! from the hallway with dirty carpets to the room. 2) the plumbing has NEVER been washed. the taps, handles and toilet bowl just had to be filled with antiseptic. Cobwebs covered with dust under the ceiling, holes between the tiles in the bathroom, bits of construction foam mixed with years of dirt. The bed linen is stained and stained. They asked for new towels three times, all stained and with other people's hair, although allegedly "from dry cleaning." 3) The rooms are small. You walk like a crab, you swim with one foot in the toilet. The toilet stands against the shower and a cabinet with a sink. 4) the air conditioner is rattling terribly. There is breakfast for residents (no extra charge) - an egg, a piece of cheese, a piece of sausage and olives of a prehistoric kind. They didn't try it. In general, the staff are friendly and courteous, but this does not solve the problem of disgusting conditions.

The location is great! Transport accessibility, close to Topkapi attractions, Galata Bridge, Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia. Near the Grand Bazaar and Laleili market. But it wouldn't hurt to clean the hotel itself, San.the knot is terrible, dirty, the towels are gray. But the friendly staff

The hotel is great. Not big, but cozy. The rooms are clean, we are not staying for the first time. There is a mini-cafe on the ground floor. Tea, coffee as a compliment and delicious cookies. Super, I advise you!
