It's a lovely hotel. The room is super cool, the air conditioner in the room is very well located, it did not give per person, but cooled the room. The bathroom is state-of-the-art, smart toilet, shower - everything is neat and everything works. The mattress on the bed is very comfortable, we slept better than ever. The staff is very pleasant and courteous. The hammam was a nice bonus. If I visit Tashkent again, I will definitely stay at this hotel.

The service is excellent. The staff speaks Russian without any problems. When booking, there was an option only with dinner included. But if you are traveling, you want to diversify the environment. The dinners were used. It is quite tasty and a lot. The peculiarity is that they do not offer drinks. Although even in the rooms there are tea bags. The breakfasts are good. Coffee, omelette, scrambled eggs on request. They asked for a room in the courtyard because they want to open the window. There is no supply ventilation. Silence all night, unless a group of compatriots with vodka gathers by the pool, but usually no later than 22. Overall, everything is fine. The metro is 5 minutes away. They used it when they handed over the car. Parking is just to park the car on the street in front of the entrance. The pool is clean, without heating, there are only 4 sun beds. There are beach towels by the pool. Tables under large umbrellas are an excellent solution. We saw a couple of tents with covered tables between the Christmas trees. Obviously, you can spend time in them too. There is a TV in Russian. The Internet is good.

I am currently vacationing with my family at the hotel, and the impressions are extremely positive. Cleanliness everywhere, a well-maintained garden and a beautiful, clean pool create a pleasant atmosphere. In the evenings, the lights turn on, and the place turns into a cozy lounge where you can enjoy a glass of sparkling wine and swim in the pool. Our suite is large and cozy, with new furniture, plumbing and a stylish bedroom interior. A comfortable bed and fresh linens make your stay comfortable. The breakfasts are delicious, though simple, and the lunches and dinners are simply impressive – the chef cooks beautifully, and the portions are large. The hotel is conveniently located near the center, there is a shop, a gym and a wonderful SPA nearby. If we talk about the disadvantages, we can note the absence of full–length mirrors - you can admire the tan only in the bathroom mirror. The waiters should also be a little more attentive and efficient in removing dirty dishes from the tables. However, these are insignificant moments that do not affect the quality of rest, and we did not notice any other disadvantages. The hotel is suitable for both family holidays and business trips. I definitely recommend it! 👍🏻

I have been to many hotels in Tashkent, from cheap to expensive. The HL 309 hotel is the best, and that's why: 1. The attitude towards the guests. Really, special attention is paid to each guest, all the newnesses, subtleties and preferences will be taken into account. How nice it is to come when you are expected, and the attitude is not on a formal or impersonal principle, worked out according to a script, but really good-natured, empathetic, sincere desire to help solve any problem and question. 2. Location. Optimal. 3. Delicious breakfasts. 4. The hotel owner keeps everything under personal control. Creates the feeling that you are really visiting. He personally communicates with the guests. This is very valuable. 5. Comfort! He's in everything. And the cherry on the cake is the pool.

The price and quality do not match. I paid 27,000 rubles for three nights. (The price was lower at the booking. At the entrance, they were forced to pay a tourist tax, which was not mentioned). I arrived on Sunday, no one came in on Monday, and I wasn't going to! Until Tuesday, I asked when the cleaning would be done, only then they cleaned up. Pool in the middle of May ( the temperature is +35 outside ) DIDN'T WORK! Some work was also carried out there. Even at seven in the morning ! At seven in the morning, a worker started sawing tiles next to my window... the breakfast is mediocre. ONLY Americano or espresso coffee is free. Everything with milk is for an additional fee. Apparently, there are problems with milk in Uzbekistan. In general, for this money! I will think three times whether to go there again for such a price (high for Tashkent and Uzbekistan as a whole)

Overall a great hotel. The only problem was when checking in, we couldn't find our reservation for a long time, we had to contact the operator through whom we booked. Another nuance is that the room is for two and the chair is one, it's strange. When checking in, there were no bottles of water and tea and coffee in the room, after contacting the reception, everything was brought. The room is great, the bed is comfortable, the mattress is hard, the room is clean. The air conditioner worked fine. But the most gorgeous thing was the breakfasts! We visited the hotel in May 2024. The hotel is within walking distance of the largest shopping center, Mega Magic Park. There is a large grocery store nearby. A quiet street, 6 km from the airport. Ironing service is available at an additional cost. An iron and ironing board are not provided in the room, and there is no ironing room in the hotel. I would also like to draw attention to the hard and uncomfortable mattresses. If you want to get a good night's sleep, then unfortunately it can be problematic. The hotel staff is aware of the problem and we hope that the mattresses will be replaced over time. In that case, we will definitely come back here. In the meantime, I'm sorry, but I can give the hotel no more than two stars.
