I came to them to replace the candles, after that the car drove 1 km and got up (1 cylinder stopped working)
They were brought back in a tow truck
They said that the ignition coil was leaving(!) and it was not their fault (!)
Naturally they did not want to reimburse anything
After that, the injectors were thrown without replacing the O-rings (!), as a result of which there were ignition gaps, there is even an official document from another service station that this is so. And she left them for him again on an evacuator, because they could not make it work as before
As a result, the director offered to sort it out on "personal"
terms, I do not recommend it as much as possible
My losses are time, money for their work, for evacuators, taxis and nerves
And they only have 1 argument, an old car (2007), so if your new handsome guy has not just come off the assembly line, you don't even need to call there.
