I would like to sincerely thank Yana for her professionalism and attentive attitude! Thanks to her help, our vacation in Fujairah, the UAE, was just wonderful - everything was organized at the highest level: from the selection of the tour to the support during the trip. It all started out quite banal - with the recommendation of a neighbor, but after a preliminary consultation, the family and I came to the office and were convinced of the real expertise of this beautiful girl. She was very attentive and helped me choose the best tour option. The view from the office window on the 26th floor is also gorgeous, it's very nice to be there and I want to come back. We were very pleased with her attention and care that Yana showed at every stage. It is a pleasure to work with such a responsible and friendly specialist. I would like to thank manager Irina for her help in organizing our vacation in June of the 25th year. The hotel was chosen taking into account absolutely all our wishes, we returned from vacation for the first time with the desire to repeat this hotel (although we have already visited those places many times) The hotel has a large green area, mountains, the clearest sea, an ideal beach, lots of pools, different types of activities for all ages, very good food, the child appreciated the work of the mini club. Irina always promptly responded to all messages and was in touch. Thank you very much and we will definitely contact you again.

I want to say thank you to Victoria's manager for a well-organized tour! From the first call to returning home, everything was on top. She chose the perfect vacation option for us, explained all the details clearly, and promptly resolved any issues that arose. It was obvious that she was really interested in making the client happy. I would like to mention the hotel separately- Victoria recommended it based on our wishes (good beach, convenient location), and it really exceeded expectations!
