Непрофессиональная работа менеджера по имени Юлия. При заведении нового вкладчика не указала основной номер телефона, поэтому СМС на вход не поступали, что сделало не возможным попасть в интернет банк и совершать операции.

Обслуживает один специалист, очередь четыре человека, пришлось ждать более часа, хотя рядом сидела другой специалист, но не обслуживала. Впервые вижу такое в банках. Я с другого региона.
