In general, when I was there the last time (the first and last), there were many oddities that caused surprise and annoyance. The first menu, or rather its absence in the form of paper media, if you want to order something, scan the cuar. Enjoy the pictures (but not all, some are missing or not loaded), when asked by the waiter that I can be without a smartphone (fashionable in certain circles), he said that he would give his own, if he does not catch the network, then they will connect to Wi-Fi. Also, while we were sitting, the waiters were wiping everything hard, it was a little awkward when a young man was cleaning his feet (not literally, but very close). On the subject of food, ramen is not ramen, steak is average, like potatoes, burger is cool, cupcakes are average. There is no atmosphere as such, I was there about a month ago, but I can't remember anything (from the Atmosphere). Result:they will feed quite tolerably (do not get poisoned), a large selection of different cuisines probably harms (ramen is clearly superfluous there)+ do not do it in front of visitors, it is at least embarrassing. I visit Astana every time and I definitely visit this institution. I am glad that nothing has changed here in a few years: a pleasant atmosphere, where there is no pretentiousness and at the same time it is quite comfortable, the kitchen retains the quality of the dishes. The waiters are friendly enough, but not everyone knows exactly about the menu. There are all popular European dishes and desserts, and there is no alcohol, which is a good feature. The price/quality is at the proper level. The portions of the dishes are large and everything I've tried is very tasty. I recommend you to visit.

I really like this place, clean, cozy, always delicious food. I have been going to this coffee shop for more than one or even two years, if my memory does not change for 5 years for sure. Delicious pizza, and what a Caesar fingers lick. I can't mention all the staff, but I can say that the guy is now working one of the most attentive knows his job.

The kitchen is excellent! The average check is 5-7 thousand per person. The staff is polite when serving. Of the minuses, there has not been a repair for a long time and gen.cleaning too(. One of the most favorite cafes in the last 7-8 years!Always delicious, large portions of salads, top-level service!!!My children love pizza, we constantly order at home too!!!My favorite salads are Caprese, salad with beef tongue and chicken meat and all kinds of Caesar.And of the hot dishes, my undisputed favorite is Stewed salmon with broccoli and ginger ((nut crust is ❤️))!I also love desserts, especially Tiramisu!!!I love Cafe Rafe for the cuisine, the people who put all their love into this cafe, the atmosphere, music and good mood, and also for the view of the Beatles (on the embankment)!I wish you prosperity, success and happiness!!!!

A wonderful cafe with European, more Italian cuisine near the embankment on the right bank. Sooo delicious food and drinks, calm music, pleasant interior. There are many different pizzas, the choice is large. They make delicious coffee. The cost is low. It's just a pity that there aren't enough tables, often everything is occupied.

We went to this shallan with our family today. I have not been here for 6 years, I will describe my impressions: in the 12 years that I have known this institution, repairs have not been done once. Everything is scratched, unwashed, and stripped.
To hell with the shabby interior. Kitchen: first they brought us a chocolate cocktail. Which was made not from milk and ice cream, but from nesquik cocoa (attention) with warm milk. Then there was pizza. For a C grade. Caesar salad with grilled chicken is also a three. The crown of the kitchen is risotto with raw rice. But we were assured that it was aldente. But it was removed from the account.
Service. Below the baseboard. No apologies, they laugh and whisper at the comments.

A friend from Britain flew in, went for a walk and wandered here. We had a nice time, the service was unobtrusive, good coffee, delicious desserts. You can have dinner outside.
