Half of the menu is unavailable at 10 a.m. The staff is unfriendly. Napkins should be placed on the table separately. In the end, they asked me to pay by wire transfer - either they were avoiding taxes, or the staff was cheating. Food for three, service for two. But the coffee is delicious, for sure.

To be honest, I wasn't impressed with the kitchen at all. It's not tasty, meat dishes and salads are not very good. Barely 4 out of 5, not worth the money. As it is, the portions are normal, not small, but not huge either. The service is good, the girls are attentive and pleasant, the atmosphere is generally calm.

The first menu, or rather its absence in the form of paper media, if you want to order something, scan the cuar. Enjoy the pictures (but not all, some are missing or not loaded), when asked by the waiter that I can be without a smartphone (fashionable in certain circles), he said that he would give his own, if he does not catch the network, then they will connect to Wi-Fi. Also, while we were sitting, the waiters were wiping everything hard, it was a little awkward when a young man was cleaning his feet (not literally, but very close). On the subject of food, ramen is not ramen, steak is average, like potatoes, burger is cool, cupcakes are average. There is no atmosphere as such, I was there about a month ago, but I can't remember anything (from the Atmosphere). Result:they will feed quite tolerably (do not get poisoned), a large selection of different cuisines probably harms (ramen is clearly superfluous there)+ do not do it in front of visitors, it is at least embarrassing. I visit Astana every time and I definitely visit this institution. I am glad that nothing has changed here in a few years: a pleasant atmosphere, where there is no pretentiousness and at the same time it is quite comfortable, the kitchen retains the quality of the dishes. The waiters are friendly enough, but not everyone knows exactly about the menu. There are all popular European dishes and desserts, and there is no alcohol, which is a good feature. The price/quality is at the proper level. The portions of the dishes are large and everything I've tried is very tasty. I recommend you to visit.

We went to this shallan with our family today. I have not been here for 6 years, I will describe my impressions: in the 12 years that I have known this institution, repairs have not been done once. Everything is scratched, unwashed, and stripped. To hell with the shabby interior. Kitchen: first they brought us a chocolate cocktail. Which was made not from milk and ice cream, but from nesquik cocoa (attention) with warm milk. Then there was pizza. For a C grade. Caesar salad with grilled chicken is also a three. The crown of the kitchen is risotto with raw rice. But we were assured that it was aldente. But it was removed from the account. Service. Below the baseboard. No apologies, they laugh and whisper at the comments.
