07.03 came to pick up the thermostat. He turned out to have a manufacturing defect. The manager suggested a second issue on 09.03, which seemed strange to me, given that I had been waiting for this product for more than 14 days. 09.03 did not receive any notifications that you can pick up a new thermostat. 10.03 technical support offered to pick up 11.03 (attention) the same thermostat that was issued on 07.03 with a manufacturing defect (since they are no longer available in 21st century warehouses). Consequently, the PVZ manager, who offered a replacement with subsequent delivery on 09.03, obviously knew that the same product would be there.

When asked why it is necessary to pick up a damaged order, the answer is "well, they gave it to us from the warehouse, you don't have to pick it up." The attitude of the staff and management towards issuing orders is interesting.
