Two days stay only. Very close distance to the Dubai mall, connected by the tunnel etc. exit from the tunnel right in the fashion avenue. Location is subepr. The bar and restaurants are good. Valet parking is perfect. Room cleanness might be better . Overall recommend!

Overall, the hotel is good! Good location. Next to Dubai Mall, I decide accessibility is no more than 5 min. Nice rooms and views. But there are several disadvantages. 1. The operation of the equipment and other things, i.e. the shower may not work or the water drain will not be performed, but everything is fixed without problems. 2. Terrible service in the restaurant at both breakfast and dinner. The service is very long, the waiters are not attentive. But the food is delicious.

A complete divorce !!!! My family and I were here for the second time. The first one was for 185 thousand for 5 days . The hotel then belonged to the Address chain. We were all very positive about it. We need an upgrade , they gave us dinners for three . Breakfast was included. And the passage to the Dubai Mall is 5 minutes. Through the corridor with the escalator . This time in October-November we experienced SHOCK, HORROR, DISGUST! We had to wait a very long time for the room. We were given a low floor and I couldn't sleep and my son, because the music was screaming from below. We moved in at night. And the hotel employee said at three o'clock in the morning that I had to take my things out of the room where the music was blaring in order to move to a quiet high room! But my mother slept on a folding sofa and when she moved to our high floor the next day, it turned out that the sofa was mutilated and ruined, even the second cruel mattress did not help! But the most terrible and cruel thing! 😱 Steal a gift from me for my Dubai friend. And steal your son's toys from the pool. We 've been looking for toys all day . No one has ever apologized. And the gift was stolen . There was Russian vodka in a beautiful box and glasses from a beautiful golden gift set "Tsarskie" No one has changed. I was yelling at the whole hotel. Only then did they bring just a bottle of vodka! Without packaging!!!!! Nasty , dishonest people. I do not recommend it to anyone and never ❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌ it's not 5 stars!!!! The breakfasts are disgusting and spoiled. From a good one. Proximity to Dubai Mall . Swimming pool. After the address of the hotel left, everything went wrong. Everything is bad. Expensive and disrespectful. We also ordered lunch tea . It's terrible for a lot of money. It's not tasty! It's expensive!!! You can't get up in the gym. It 's not cozy . We had to move three times! No one apologized! This is unacceptable. Every time we had a room changed, I had to make superhuman efforts! This is not a rest, but a torment!

We settled in a room of the best category , gave dinners for breakfast , the pool is a buzz , and the view and service ! The food is a masterpiece . I know a lot about it . I liked everything. Dubai Mall is 5 minutes away via a covered walkway . I'll be back with pleasure!

The staff is friendly, I especially want to highlight the waiters and chefs of the Restaurant, the taste of the dishes and the service are beyond praise. Chef Mahmoud is just a sweetheart)) To everyone who is going on a shopping trip to Dubai - here. Very conveniently located, you can get to the mall without going outside. The cost of living with us was significantly lower than the booking prices, we booked everything through Travel Lamas in Moscow.

The hotel itself is very nice, but I didn't like it in the Emirates itself, it was very hot, expensive, and it was unbearable to swim in the Persian Gulf. We were stuck in a traffic jam for more than 1.5 hours and couldn't travel more at a time.
