Yesterday, December 19th, I visited this store. There was a 1+1=3 promotion for makeup. I took blush and bronzer from the essence brand and lip balm from iscream. It is not specified anywhere which brands are not participating in this promotion. I spent 30 minutes choosing products, the store was half empty, but not a single consultant came up and introduced me to the promotion, although usually consultants immediately approach you at the entrance and tell you about the current promotions. After paying for the product and leaving the store, I saw in the receipt that all 3 products were paid for at full cost. The cashier at the checkout, seeing that I was taking 3 makeup products, did not consider it necessary to say that 2 of the 3 products that I was buying were not participating in this promotion. If I had known in advance that essence was not participating in this promotion, I would not have taken the 3rd item, it was at the lowest cost, and in principle I did not expect to buy it, since according to the logic of the promotion, it should be a gift.
