Perfect location for cruisers. Large room.Roomy cabinets (can stay for a long time). Beautiful views during breakfast and really wide selection of food. Attentive and friendly staff. 10 minutes by tram to the center. From the minus,if your room faces the street, but good double-glazed windows prevent you from listening to emotional Turks in their cars.

We stayed for 5 nights in January, 2026. Good location - near the T1 tram stop, the entrance to Galataport (be sure to visit during the parking of the liners) . Galata Tower, Taksim Square, Dolmabahce are within walking distance. Also, a ferry departs from Kabatash Pier to the Princes' Islands every hour and a half. The hotel room was booked through T-bank. We paid with a ruble card - there were no problems during check-in. Unfortunately, we got a room without a window, and that was the only negative. Otherwise, everything is fine - a comfortable bed and mattress, the bed was changed every other day, daily cleaning. I definitely recommend the hotel

The hotel is excellent, a wonderful variety of breakfasts with magnificent views, enjoy Turkish tea and views of the Bosphorus, what could be better, the rooms are clean and cozy, cleaning took place every day, the location is 10 out of 10, there are many attractions nearby, cozy cafes, restaurants, the walking part of the port with an incredible view of the Bosphorus, the underground metro line runs directly in front of the hotel, the sound insulation in the room is excellent, I definitely want to return to this hotel.

We stayed overnight before the cruise. We chose this hotel because of its proximity to the port. Galataport is across the street, very convenient. The main disadvantages: the hotel is very noisy. Our room was on the second floor, facing the road. Horns are constantly honking outside the window, a tram is running, and a mosque is nearby. The neighbors are also perfectly audible. It is also quite cool in the room, there is a breeze from the windows. In general, the room is small, but there is everything for one night. The main advantage: breakfast with a view of the Bosphorus. The breakfasts are very good, everything is there, especially a large selection of cheeses and all kinds of spreads.

Very convenient location of the hotel, across the street from Galataport, near the tram stop. We stayed for one night before the cruise. The restaurant is on the top floor with a view of the Bosphorus and Galataport. The breakfast was varied and delicious. We arrived in the evening, we didn't want to go anywhere, we had dinner at the same restaurant, everything was very tasty, the portions were large. The room was nice, there was a kettle, tea bags, water, good linen, slippers, shampoo, soap, toothbrushes, but without a window, it's fine for one night, but I wouldn't want to live without a window for more nights. The staff at the reception were very helpful, the suitcases were taken to the room, left for storage, when they returned for the suitcase, they gave tea. We were satisfied with this hotel.

The room was cool, but the air conditioner was working fine for heating. I liked it by location. Near the embankment, Galata Tower and Istiklal Street are within walking distance. The ideal location in the "European" part of Istanbul. Stunning beautiful view from the top floor of the hotel, where quite delicious breakfasts overlooking the Bosphorus. I was recently in pert bosphorus and I really liked the place there. It's calm and beautiful right on the shore of the Bosphorus. there are a lot of greenery and cozy cafes around. Problems with cleaning. The water in the bathroom does not drain well. The room is good. The bed is comfortable. Breakfast is a buffet, but you have to go to another hotel. The location of the hotel is the most convenient for those who planned to walk around the interesting places of Istanbul on foot. We stayed at this hotel for 1 night before the cruise, which started in Galataport. It is for this reason that we chose this hotel. The entrance to the port is located in front of the hotel through a pedestrian crossing. The street is very busy with traffic and traffic jams.The rooms are nice and clean. We were not interested in the view from the room, in our case there was a side view of the port.Everything you need is in the room. The bed is comfortable. But the pillows are just terrible!! Liquid, flat, very uncomfortable.They must definitely be changed or supplemented with new ones so that residents have a choice. The staff at the hotel is helpful. The breakfasts are good, the choice of dishes is decent.A restaurant with panoramic views of the port and the Bosphorus. We had dinner at the restaurant on the day of arrival. I can't say that I liked it. Very medium, but cooked diligently. The center can be reached in 20-30 minutes on foot. I recommend the hotel!

A wonderful 4-star hotel with several advantages. Very polite staff. Daily cleaning service. The breakfasts are amazing and very generous. On the 1st floor there is a hammam, sauna, spa. Very nice view from the restaurant to the bay and the port. We had the 5th floor, a corner room, floor-to-ceiling windows, and we couldn't see the Bosphorus, but the view was pretty anyway. Good air conditioning system. I repeat, the staff is excellent. The hotel itself is very conveniently located with many walking areas, attractions, shops and restaurants, cafes. It is convenient to get to the airport by metro (ok for anyone). A hotel that I will definitely recommend to my friends.

The location is luxurious. Right at the entrance to the Galata port. The hotel is very old. There is no carpet in the rooms, the laminate is already sticky with dirt. They don't clean well. They don't even clean at all! The pillows are terrible. The TV is only Turkish and maybe a couple of channels in English and French. I would have done harm a second time.
