Very old hotel, rooms facility uncomfortable, but the service is good and ppl are nice

Pleasant atmosphere, clean, interesting interior- I want to consider, polite staff.
The sauna and the pool were empty in the evenings , we rested together - super .
The breakfasts are delicious. It's just a pity that they are always cold for some reason. But in general, there was always something to have breakfast with, the hungry did not stay, although they always came half an hour before the end of breakfast))) Porridge , omelets, scrambled eggs - for a fee.
The only thing that left a bad impression was a local restaurant. The day before departure, we decided to have dinner there. We ordered pasta carbonara, beef stroganoff (mashed potatoes with meat) and bruschetta. We waited 1 hour and 40 minutes ! This is some kind of tin) After that, the girl brought carbonara pasta, and she mixed up the second order. Apologizing , she said wait 10 minutes and we 'll do everything . As a result , we remained hungry , because by the time of cooking , the first dish was completely cooled down, and the second one was no longer in the mood to eat anything . Bruschetta to do 2 hours ... well , it 's quite already . As a result , they turned out to be just white bread , not even toasted )

very spacious rooms, comfortable mattress, I had 2 rooms and 2 bathrooms in a standard room.
The cleaning is timely.
Good breakfasts, hot dishes are cooked from under the knife.
Delicious food at a local restaurant, but the service is quite long.

Once there was probably a great hotel, now it can be seen that they have been launched a little, the repair is no longer like that, although in principle it is clean and cozy, good bed linen. Problems with plumbing and with the shower (this is a separate song). Plumbing repairs are cheap and not very deliberate. The location is good, the staff is friendly and courteous, the kitchen is good, the breakfasts are excellent. I asked for an early breakfast, because I had to leave before 7 a.m., everything was done in the best possible way, for which I thank you very much. If they don't let everything run on its own, then in principle it's fine. Next time it's there anyway, we'll see there.

We were on a business trip to Aktobe. We chose this hotel. Spacious room.
I liked everything . The 4-star hotel is honest.
Near the cafe Chechil.
I'll bet you a five. Price-quality corresponds. Polite staff.
Breakfast buffet.
There is a sauna and a swimming pool. What is included in the room rate. Sometimes it's good to warm up and relax in refreshing water.
The sauna is not a top. But still pleasantly surprised us. We didn't know there was a bonus for it.
My verdict is I recommend it. Price and quality. It corresponds.

I liked the hotel very much, of course not new, but clean and with good staff. I arrived 2 hours ahead of check-in time, the girls at the reception were sent for breakfast and while I was having breakfast they found a room. Thank you for this attitude towards customers. Бывая в командировках , выбираю эту гостиницу из-за расположения в центре ,начиная от ресепшена- хороший вежливый персонал , отличная кухня для командировочного человека .Номера чистые ,все необходимое есть.Я всегда запрашиваю лишь графин в номер ,чтобы не носить воду из бойлера в холле.
В целом хорошая гостиница, в след раз обязательно дойду до сауны и бассейна.

Мне всегда нравился этот отель. Периодически я останавливаюсь в нем , хотя и проживаю в этом городе. Я здесь чувствую себя абсолютно комфортно. Прекрасный сервис, вежливый персонал, уютные номера. Отличная еда. Наличие СПА ! Замечательный добрый уголок для отдыха ! А в командировке я не задумываясь бы выбрал для себя отель " Амстердам ".

Отличное обслуживание, чистые номера, очень удачное расположение, персонал очень вежливый, приятно одеты и хорошо общаются.Завтраки очень вкусные и интересные, обалденная каша, и кофе на вкуснейший. Советую ресторан, очень вкусно.

В Ибисе подняли цены в 2 раза от обычных и мы решили остановиться в Амстердаме.
Отель наверное был крутым в 90е, сейчас конечно устарел. Но пятерку заслуживает только за то, что администратор отказала заселить пьяную парочку, которая искала где им покувыркаться.
С большими чемоданами трудно тащиться по лестницам в двухкомнатный люкс .

Обслуживание супер, шведский стол конечно можно и разнообразнее, кофе классный делают девочки отдельное спасибо, в номерах чисто, но с душем проблема основной не работал, только второй и то рукой удерживаешь. Бассейн и сауна на ремонте были.
