It's a great hotel, and it's a pleasure to stay here. I've been here twice, both on the way there and back. The impressions are equally positive. 1. The hotel itself is very interesting in design: each room has its own atmosphere and decor, it feels like you are in a special place. 2. The rooms are always clean, cozy, and comfortable. There is everything you need to relax after a long journey. 3. But the most important thing is the staff. I would like to mention the administrator Zhanerke separately. This girl is a real godsend for the hotel. She met me both times, and each time I felt her sincere desire to help and do everything for my comfort. - With any question, a smile, attention and care. - When there was a small problem in the room, we moved to a better one — quickly and without unnecessary conversations. - All communication is warm, respectful and professional. Bottom line: this is the case when a hotel becomes a place to return to. I would like to give not 5, but 10 stars for the atmosphere, comfort and staff.

So Amsterdam is a great hotel, The staff is as friendly as possible, there are rooms in a modern style and such, straight in a classic style, there is a small pool, a bar. On one of the visits, we lived in a room with two sanitary units, and the plumbing was faulty in one, so they apologized to the reception, sent an apology by text message, gave a 50% discount on the next stay, and indeed, on the next visit, they gave a 50% discount. The interior is very beautiful, it remains in the memory. The breakfast buffet is not a great choice, but everything you need is there. The price includes a sauna and a swimming pool, but I haven't been there, so I can't leave any impressions. In general, I recommend this hotel, I will definitely return.

There is an instant reaction to all requests (it was cold in the room - the batteries were added; they brought a shirt front; they brought as many sets of linen as I asked for). Problems with plumbing and with the shower (this is a separate song). Plumbing repairs are cheap and not very deliberate. The location is good, the staff is friendly and courteous, the kitchen is good, the breakfasts are excellent. I asked for an early breakfast, because I had to leave before 7 a.m., everything was done in the best possible way, for which I thank you very much.
