The ordered bedside table was originally made incorrectly. Despite our comments, the staff claimed that the product corresponded to the drawing. As a result, the bedside table was redone, but the mechanism does not work correctly — the door does not lock and simply falls. In addition, there were problems with delivery: the company's car broke down, and we had to pick up the goods ourselves.

I rarely write reviews. But there is something to write here. I ordered the cutting of the countertop and the milling of the holes for the sink and the hob with the raw materials provided. The countertop was brought by a third-party company. I arrived for acceptance and ordering at Furniture Family. In the office, I was met by a man with a general's voice, but very clear and pleasant. It immediately became clear that everything would be great with them. Everything has been processed. The order was completed even earlier than promised. There were some issues with the raw materials that I provided, but the owner of the company, Alexander, solved everything and helped. I am very glad that in the process people listen and hear their customers. This is very important in this kind of work. And the most exciting thing was that Alexander said that I strongly ask you to pick up your order as soon as possible next time. Well, you must agree that it's very cool that the speed is such that the contractor is waiting for the customer and not for turnover, as it is in 99% of cases.
