We stayed at the hotel from 09/23/25 to 10/01/2025. Room 1402 upper floor. The children's pool is under the shade, terribly cold. The food is delicious, but very monotonous. It is 700 meters to the sea, there is a bus, but it is faster to walk than to wait for it. It takes 10 minutes to walk, by and large there is nothing difficult about it, but if a car passes by, all the dust flies at you. Firstly, the territory of the hotel is a swimming pool and about two to three meters. There is no greenery, no flowers, no bench where you can just sit in the shade. I found one near the exit. The road to the beach: 10 minutes to walk along the dusty off-road. In summer, I can't imagine this way in the heat at all. But there is good news - every hour a bus takes you to a beach like our Gazelle, it takes exactly 3 minutes to go. Now about the restaurant, so to speak about the catering point. There is a lot of food, I will not list it, vegetables, salads, fruits, cakes, pastries. I also want to say that people come to the restaurant right from the pool, the entrance is three steps away, in towels, in wet swimsuits and barefoot. This is unacceptable to us. They do not make comments. You can also smoke everywhere, smoke comes through the open windows right during lunch and dinner at the restaurant. The staff is friendly, polite, try to serve quickly, clean the tables. There is also a good attitude at the reception. There are no questions here at all. We stayed at this hotel in early August! It's great for its price range! I do not agree with the negative reviews. Location in a remote area, which is perfectly visible on the map before buying the tour :) The market is a 15-minute walk away. The pool is clean, the slides work 4 hours a day, the deck chairs and the floor are cleaned, the shade or the sun is adjusted (yes, the awning moves apart in different directions, it's worth asking, an employee will come with a special screwdriver stick). Animation is at a good level (morning exercises and aqua are infuriating), in the evening I saw some contests for children on stage, there is an incredible screech (so the children like it). The hotel was mostly populated by Turks, Ukrainians, Poles and a few Russians, Germans and Indians. And I want to tell you, it's not bad to have a rest without Russians))) We got the room right away, at 9.00 with a view of the lobby bar and the road, but it didn't bother me at all, I didn't hear anything at night (probably because there are few Russians)))))The room was cleaned every day, the mini bar was replenished, towels were changed (they did not stink, as I read somewhere). We got to the room ourselves . An iron is provided on the hotel's website, as described in the description. But they told us no, you bring things, we iron them, and you'll have to pay for it. Even in hotels with lower stars, there are rooms where you can iron your things. Further, the room is small, the bed was not changed every 3 days, in the end they did not always even put water, tea and coffee. If you manage to meet her in the hallway, then she will. Room cleaning is not very good. The dust doesn't seem to be wiped off. Yes, the road to the beach is an ordinary, dusty, country road. As for the sea, everything is fine. The beach is not poorly equipped. The cafe has been open for a long time. Everything is there. The most important thing I would like to write about is the Spa. The girl Oksana Umnitskaya will tell you everything and explain. She is the only Russian-speaking person we have met. Two more who spoke more or less Russian. One of them that I wanted to focus on is the chiropractor Kadir. It is only because of him that you can relax in this hotel. He restored my spine and my husband's. I twisted it so much that I just got such a buzz afterwards. He's cool!!!! If anyone decides to relax here, then immediately sign up for 5 sessions with Kadir. If there are such chiropractors in our country, then probably only a few. Not only will you not regret it, but you will recover. His hands are golden. What is bad is the road to the sea.
