We stayed at this hotel at the end of June 2022. Upon arrival at the room, we were accommodated in a bungalow room that was located above the trash and drains. Upon arrival, they found that the air conditioner did not work and the balcony did not close, while it was possible to get to the balcony of the room by stepping over the fence to the waist. Come in and get whatever you want. The room was dirty and there was trash everywhere. I realized that I was in the worst hotel I've been to in Turkey. It's hard to call it even 3 stars. I started calling the master to look at the air conditioner, I had to call 3 times, then walk to the reception and only after that, the master came and said: no gas (frion) and that I would have to wait until the next day. I remind you that you had to sleep with an open balcony when you have smelly garbage cans and drains from below. The next day, we managed to relocate, in another room, it was better, but there were 2 separate beds made under one and also a faulty air conditioner, which no one could fix during the entire vacation (8 nights at the hotel). The air conditioner was leaking and the water was running right under the bed you're sleeping on. The cleaning is terrible, there was a case that they came after lunch and made our bed and left us on the floor so that it would be better if no one came and cleaned at all. The beach is bad, dirty, the umbrellas are dug in and uncomfortable (only one person can lie under an umbrella in the shade, anyway). No one cleans the beach, everything is covered in algae, the entrance to the sea is by pebbles, there are buoys at the neighboring beach, this one simply does not have them. The rescuer is an old grandfather who can hardly save anyone. We walk 2 minutes along the beach towards another hotel and see the complete opposite of the beach of the RAMADA hotel and it gets even worse from the fact that you spent money on 5 * and got 3 * with effort. The food is good, and so is alko. The pool area is not bad in general, the slides are steep. That's all the good stuff for the whole vacation. I want to warn everyone who is thinking of going to this hotel. No, in any case, I do not advise anyone. When choosing this hotel, you should know that it is located far from civilization, a kilometer across the wasteland to the sea and the territory is limited by the building itself and the adjacent swimming pool. The beach is sandy, rather neglected, the entrance to the sea is pebbles. The food is average, there seems to be something to choose from, but without frills. And most importantly, when choosing a room type, keep in mind that rooms with pool views are on the sunny side, double-glazed windows are weak, all music from morning to night will be blaring in your room. Balconies are not in all rooms, which is also sad. And there are several rooms separately, on the roof of the restaurant, they reminded me of birdhouses in general. The hotel seems to belong to the global Ramada chain, but apart from the characteristic design of the rooms, I did not find anything else from the generally accepted standards in the Ramada, everything is very modest. In general, I came here to sleep and recover after a busy season and I managed to do it, however, after moving from a room with a pool view to a room with a mountain view (without compensation for the difference in cost).

Good rooms, TV in the room, hair dryer, constantly replenishing supply of water and gas in the refrigerator. Water. Our room was on the second floor and overlooked the pool. Beautiful view. There is a shuttle to the sea, and walking is very good. It's not hot in November. Friendly staff at the reception. If you want to go to the city, then bus number 5 goes directly from the hotel to Side or Manavgat. We need to look. The fare is 4 lira. There is a bazaar in Manavgat on Mondays and Thursdays.

We had a family vacation with a small child (1 year old) in October 2018. Overall, the impression was very favorable. It takes only 40 minutes to drive from the airport, taking into account a small stop, we arrived at 9 a.m., immediately settled in, gave a very large room, but without a balcony, so we had to wait until 14.00. We replaced it without problems, at the request, Olga at the reception is a very pleasant young lady, immediately sent for breakfast, told us where she was. The room is large, bright, fairly clean, there were no neighbors to be heard. I'll tell you right away about the cleaning - it's terrible!! Actually, I'm shooting a star because of her. The cleaner breaks in even without knocking, smiles and speaks loudly in her own language, from cleaning only changing towels and wiping the floor with a dirty rag, everything else needs to be asked, to make the bed, wipe the tables, wash the sink or the floor on the balcony, everything needs to be asked. But the truth does everything at the request. I'm honestly not clean and not particularly squeamish, but the floor is so dirty that in some places I wiped it with wet wipes (they turned black). The baby cot and high chairs are all there, quite decent, clean. The water in the pool is very cold, it is colder in the children's pool than in the adult one, I do not know why this is so. The slides are excellent, the territory is compact but everything is nearby. It takes 5 minutes to walk to the sea or 1 minute by minibus, she walks often, and it's not far to go, if there are no problems at all, you can walk to the sea with pleasure. The sea itself is clean, warm, and very shallow. If you move to the right or left, you can go in and buy without stones. The beach is dirty, but not critical, there are plenty of sun beds, umbrellas and a good beach bar. Food and drinks for a good four, without frills, but you can also choose something for every taste, there are also a lot of drinks, alcohol is poured generously, faces are not crooked, all bartenders and waiters are very friendly. But food and drinks are quickly getting boring, by the end you want something of our Russian. In general, the hotel is good, it has many advantages, especially for family holidays, but as for room cleaning, water in the children's pool and stones on the beach, this requires the attention of the owner. But maybe it won't matter to someone. We were satisfied with the rest.
