The kindest and most courteous staff I've ever seen. The receptionist, Anastasia, is sensitive and polite, the cleaning is great, the cleaning is done every day, I don't know the guy's name, but he cleaned on the 6th floor, very polite. The food is delicious, the dinner is excellent ala kart. The staff is like one big and kind family. An amazing hotel!!! Insanely clean

We had a great rest at this hotel for a week. The rooms are clean, spacious, and have everything you need for a comfortable stay. Good location. The cuisine is quite diverse, for 4* it's just great, there was even seafood, which was pleasantly surprised. The staff is friendly and helpful, and I would like to thank Anastasia separately. In general, the price and quality are definitely consistent, I recommend it.
