They were in 2018 and in March 2024. A very nice city hotel. Large rooms, helpful staff, good free wi-fi, lots of shops and cafes nearby. It is convenient that you can take the metro to the airport. Since 2018, breakfasts have become better - there is a separate person at the counter who constantly cuts and adds fruits: pineapples, apples, oranges, melons, plums, dragon fruit (this was all the days of our stay). The pool is also not bad with free towels and heating/cooling.

Good afternoon, everyone! I often leave reviews about the places where I spent my time. This is not the first time we have stayed at this hotel, the last time was at the time of heavy rains in Dubai. The hotel withstood the pressure of water and heavy rains, there were no problems. Although I saw what was in other 5* hotels. The hotel is located in the old town, the usual is not ordinary. But the work of the staff, high customer orientation, politeness and just a human attitude. I would especially like to mention Nastya, who is friendly, caring, welcomes guests as her relatives. Thanks for the attitude, it's expensive. If you are planning to stay at this hotel, please write I will recommend very good places with delicious food and incredible smoothies 🎁

Great hotel, nice reception staff and a nice pool. Close to the metro and bus stop. I liked the breakfasts, there was a rotation of dishes and three types of cuisine always. Heated swimming pool.
