They were in 2018 and in March 2024. A very nice city hotel. Large rooms, helpful staff, good free wi-fi, lots of shops and cafes nearby. It is convenient that you can take the metro to the airport. Since 2018, breakfasts have become better - there is a separate person at the counter who constantly cuts and adds fruits: pineapples, apples, oranges, melons, plums, dragon fruit (this was all the days of our stay). The pool is also not bad with free towels and heating/cooling.

I often leave reviews about the places where I spent my time.
This is not the first time we have stayed at this hotel, the last time was at the time of heavy rains in Dubai.
The hotel withstood the pressure of water and heavy rains, there were no problems.
Although I saw what was in other 5* hotels.
The hotel is located in the old town, the usual is not ordinary. But the work of the staff, high customer orientation, politeness and just a human attitude.
I would especially like to mention Nastya, who is friendly, caring, welcomes guests as her relatives.

Great hotel, nice reception staff and a nice pool. Close to the metro and bus stop. I liked the breakfasts, there was a rotation of dishes and three types of cuisine always. Heated swimming pool.

It took a long time to choose a hotel for an upcoming trip to Dubai and the choice fell on Hyatt Place Dubai Al Rigga, which is located in the Deira district. There were a lot of doubts, since the reviews were either old or did not clarify the essence of the rest and living conditions in this hotel. Upon arrival, I decided to describe everything in detail so that other travelers would understand. We flew as a family with a 10-year-old child and this is the main criterion for choosing a hotel, since in the photo there is a room with an additional sofa. A lot of negative things were written about the sofa, both broken and uncomfortable and terrible ... but we decided and did not lose!
But in order: 1)-number. It is large, spacious, and bright. The bed and pillows are very comfortable, the bed was made every day, towels were changed every day. In the room there is an electric kettle, dishes for water, tea, daily replenishment of bags with various tea, coffee and various types of sugar, as well as water for each guest. In the bathroom there is a hairdryer, soap, shampoo, hair conditioner and body lotion cream, which are replenished daily, though if they run out. Toothpaste-toothbrushes-looms-shower caps-cotton swabs and discs (as in Vietnam) are not issued here, I write this for general information, not as a claim. There were no bathrobes and slippers in the room, but at my request, they were brought without any problems. Bedding for the child, I had to ask for the same (a sheet, a pillowcase, a duvet cover), but I don't see any problems - the guys brought everything at once and YES, the most important thing is that the child really lives for free-we didn't pay extra for breakfast for him! This is a big plus, because choosing a hotel for a family with a child corresponding to the size of the room, with an additional bed already in the room, and not ordering for a fee, with breakfast included in the price, is a very big problem that we are faced with, and I think we are not alone. 2) breakfast. There are more than enough places for guests. The food is varied, sometimes there are many dishes that are to your taste, sometimes not very, but.. eggs and scrambled eggs, varied cheese, delicious feta, ham, butter, various bread, croissants - and you're not hungry! For hot-porridge, meatballs, sausages, casseroles, etc., fruits, vegetables, olives, pickles, pastries, juices, cocoa, tea and coffee to choose from. We didn't take lunch or dinner, although the restaurant is open in the evening. 3) swimming pool. The pool is on the ground floor, there is also a gym and a spa salon. The pool area is pleasant, comfortable sun beds with mattresses for a family or for 1 person, tables, not a large bar.The pools themselves, 2 of them are small and shallow, it will go for children, for adults to take a dip-cool off-refresh, and so I don't think much about swimming. We came there to relax on the sun beds, eat watermelon, relax from the hustle and bustle of the city. There is NO transfer to the beach, malls! But, upon departure, we were told that work is underway in this direction, and probably in the near future there will be a transfer to the beach. We went to Al Mamzar beach, by city bus there and back, it's not stressful. 4) Staff. I would like to mention the work of All the staff of this hotel. From the moment of check-in, and we arrived at 5 am at 8 we were at the hotel - we didn't wait a minute!!! They immediately provided a room, suggested where to exchange money to pay the tourist tax, unfortunately, without paying it immediately, it is impossible to close the registration of the room, so the advice is to change money at the airport for this amount, then there is an exchanger next to the hotel, but it works from 0900, and we did not want to wait from the road, and a little lower in the hotel was changed. Friendly room cleaners, always responded quickly to requests, managers at the reception 24 hours a day are ready to help. There is a Russian-speaking manager Anastasia, who will help-prompt-assist, the staff in the restaurant are very sincere, smiling, attentive. I recommend this hotel 100 percent for the comfort of living and the price/ quality ratio - 70,000 rubles for 11 nights for 3 in a room. And yes, about the sofa: it is a French folding bed, an unfortunate choice for a hotel, in our room the mechanism on the one hand was broken, it was not critical for us, because the child was quietly placed on an unassembled sofa and he was comfortable. And the manager said that they don't have time to change, so a lot depends on our attitude.

Hayat as Hayat, everything is wonderful, no complaints at all. Wi-Fi is pretty fast, but video calls via telegram do not pull, although there are no problems with YouTube and other rils and shorts. Not far from the metro, there are a lot of places to eat at any time around all corners (just an enchanting mango ice cream is sold near the metro station), it's convenient to go to the city, but if the goal is to relax by the sea, it's worth choosing another hotel.

Terrible hotel, one reception is worth it! The room was occupied for 2 hours, wait 10 minutes, they say, 30 minutes pass and wait 10 minutes again! Although we arrived on time, we stole our time in general! The restaurant also closes at children's time, it is impossible to order food, they came at 10:15 and they have everything already), closed!
It's very cold in the room, you can't open the window! Offf! For this money, you can find a better hotel! Some Indians, no one knows Russian in any way, this is also a minus!

We were there for the May holidays. The hotel is ordinary, it looks like 10 years old, I didn't like the food, very poor and monotonous. From the pros: not bad rooms with a huge shower, drying clothes in the shower on a rope does not work, in 2 days it did not dry out, but just started to stink. Windows that don't open. There is Wi-Fi, but many programs are cut by censorship, VPN did not help.Nice outdoor pool inside the hotel, only small. There is a shower, toilet, locker room. There is a nice small TECHNOGYM gym next to the basik. There is a bar with a nightclub with draft beer, which is rare. Overall, the impression of the hotel is pleasant.

There were 4 closets in the room and there was no shoe horn. There's pandemonium at breakfast. The girls at the reception do not know how to do anything, they withdrew money for an extra night, then they returned it for 3 weeks. Nothing outstanding.
