Great cafe. One of the most successful branches. The coffee is delicious. I took RAF caramel. I really liked the corn soup too. Do not look at it skeptically - it is very tasty (who is familiar with corn soups). Now everything is decorated for the New Year. The scenery is atmospheric. By the way, my favorite is the Count's ruins cake. It's rare to see him anywhere, but here he is. Recommended by.

It's a cool and atmospheric place. I really liked the pancakes with cottage cheese. Really delicious pancakes, Really top! Airy, soft. The cottage cheese is fresh. Sooo delicious. And there's also a cool chocolate (essentially cocoa) sausage with nuts. It resembles a potato pie. The staff is also good, but I don't have any pictures. But they gave me a blanket when I was cold.

The service is at a very low level. The waiters are sluggish and show no interest in the guests. The order was carried for more than 30 minutes, and then one of the drinks was not completely forgotten. The coffee came cold, the dessert was hard and tasted like yesterday. The atmosphere leaves much to be desired: it's noisy, dirty, there are cigarette butts lying around, and obviously no one is watching the cleanliness. It seems that the staff is being recruited without taking into account the experience and attitude towards the guest. It looks more like students after a couple than a cafe team. I would like to see a more mature and responsible approach.

We were at the Tchaikovsky recently. My impressions are mixed: some of the dishes turned out to be delicious and I liked them, but some of the dishes, unfortunately, disappointed me — there was not enough brightness in the taste or they were cooked unsuccessfully. The atmosphere is generally pleasant, the staff is trying, but I would like more stability in the quality of the kitchen. If the menu is improved, the place can be great.

We came for breakfast. No one greets you here, no one smiles. One waiter is running around, not seeing what's going on around him. There are three employees in red standing behind the counter, sleepy and sullen. No one came up to us for 5 minutes, and they didn't pay any attention at all. We went to Tim's next door. Today I went to Chaikof for breakfast again - the same situation. He went back to Tim's. There is also fast service, smiles and a quick breakfast. I think the Chaikoff staff should learn about hospitality from Tim's.

I really like to come here on the weekend to have a wonderful omelet with a cup of coffee! Large and hearty portions of well-cooked omelet, toasted bread and butter in an interesting serving, the smell of freshly brewed coffee. I really like to sit on the sofa with a high backrest, leaning back on which to drink coffee with a cigarette after breakfast! Special respect to the staff for their kindness and efficiency! Keep in mind that it's better to call and book a sofa in advance - the place is popular!
