This is the first time we have encountered such a strange attitude towards customers. The room is rearranged during the daytime, interfering with everyone around. If your goal is to scare away visitors, then you're on the right track! While I was picking out my things, I was almost pushed down the stairs without even being asked to step back — very "professional". There is complete indifference at the checkout: neither "hello" nor "goodbye", they can't even name the total amount. Apparently, the directors are completely indifferent to the work of the employees, which is strange, because all the revenue of this point depends on them. Take the time to conduct a couple of basic trainings on how to communicate with customers correctly.
