I strongly recommend not using the services of this company. Due to the lack of professionalism and indifference of the staff, I faced serious difficulties. The package was delivered to a nearby warehouse (USPS error), but the local representatives only sent formal replies for two weeks instead of real help. The employees refused to contact the neighboring warehouse, and did not take any action, even for a reward. The office is closed on Fridays and Saturdays, and responses are delayed. The problem was solved only with the help of an outsider in Delaware, who physically moved the package to the next door. Formally, the company stated that the cargo had not been delivered to them, but it was 20 meters away. The staff proved to be slow, incompetent and indifferent. The representative office in Almaty was particularly disappointing. There is no customer orientation. I strongly advise against this company.
