Excellent and conveniently located Radisson Blue Hotel near the Dubai Marina area. I lived in a spacious apartment with two bedrooms and a balcony. Yes, the hotel is not fresh, but in general, everything was very pleasant, considering the price. There is a washing machine and dishwashers in the room! Breakfast is served at Zaroob Cafe. There is a swimming pool and a gym. I would also like to mention the excellent work of Ramesh Kumar. In general, I strongly recommend it.

In July, going to Dubai is the same as the rest. Long searches on all aggregators. In general, the circle has narrowed to the Marina area (where Russians and others feel good) Dubai. I found a Radisson Blu Residence for a reasonable price: without breakfast for 13 days, a good room of about 40 meters seems to be for 85K rubles. First, I booked on the hotel's website, then changed my mind, canceled on the hotel's website and booked on a well-known aggregator with an upgrade of the room category for my status to a one-bedroom apartment of 70 meters (the price came out to 84K₽). Then there were murky calls and letters from Redisson hoteliers offering to book directly with them at a discount. He didn't react, just left it as it was. The tariff on the aggregator was as follows: no prepayment, payment in cash or by card on the spot (union pay was specified), no breakfast, but if desired, you can take it later with a BB payment on the spot (I always take it that way). When there were 6 days left before the trip, my number fell in price on the aggregator to 65K rubles for my entire vacation period. I immediately cancelled my previous order and rebooked immediately at that service for a lower price without changing the living conditions - a one-bedroom apartment of 70 meters. I checked in on the spot: 65,000 rubles for 13 days, paid with a Union Pay card. Something didn't work out during the calculation, but it turned out later that I had confused the staff terminals and everything was fine. The main advantage of the hotel is, of course, the location. Marina Mall is a 5-7-minute walk away, with two metro and tram stations nearby. Nearby, Fresh and Carrefour stores are dull and tired with sellers, they are absolutely free of charge, but they will take water. There are two alcohol markets nearby, very decent ones. The room was given on the 9th floor: the balcony is large and overlooks the highway and the subway, construction of a hotel for a couple of years began a month ago. Construction dust is always on the railings and chairs on the balcony. In the hotel itself, something is being drilled and hammered around the clock. It's like cf.. e neighbors in the house, after 19 they start repairing somewhere. In general, everything is tolerable, considering the price. In order for the room not to go out on a long-term construction site, you need to take it with a view of the pool (2 bedrooms), well, if you're alone, then you can invite friends). The interior of the hotel is ordinary, everything needs urgent repairs, but the plumbing and equipment are in working condition. The room has everything: two bathrooms, no dishwasher only. Washing machine, stove, oven, set of all utensils, forks, spoons, knives. Two TVs. I took a laptop, watched only YouTube (HDMI cable), I don't know if there are any Russian channels, I didn't watch them. Breakfast sucks at the hotel. We went to Marina mall (all the cafes around offer breakfast), Osteria Mario, lavash, letizia, Vateel!!!!(I recommend it). Shafran almaata happened one day: a complete horror movie. The room was cleaned daily (well, 10-20 dirhams to help). The pool on the 3rd floor is cooled, three staff are sitting, giving out towels, looking at aunts by the pool (Indians what to take from them), sometimes they offer water for free. Overall, everything was fine. But wow: no. A network three-piece that has been in need of major repairs for a long time, but at a good price in our 13 days. Again, the main advantage is the location of the hotel. The staff is ready to help, but without enthusiasm. In the season, I understand that these 13 days are twice as expensive: it is not justified. I didn't take breakfast, I can't say anything about them. Of the disadvantages, except that the plumbing was tired and the refrigerator door did not close tightly, something with a sealing rubber band became over time, and if a room with a balcony overlooks the road, it is very noisy, especially on the lower floors. The hotel is dirty, run-down and shabby. All studios overlook the highway on 1-2 floors. Some rooms overlook a busy construction site. The upper floors are undergoing renovation. They asked for a higher room with a view of the marina, but it turned out they simply did not exist. We lived like on the Mkad, windows don't save us from noise at all. The room has a kitchen, stove, washing machine, refrigerator, dishes (there are no cleaning products), safe, iron. A bathroom with a bathtub that you can't climb into. Everything is battered. On the 3rd floor there is a swimming pool and sun beds. The pool is small and dirty. They give towels, but they look like they've been collected from all the neighboring hotels. There is a small good fitness room, there is a hammam, but it does not work. Everything is old and worn out, the carpet on the floor is just a horror and death to allergy sufferers. JBR public beach is 15-20 minutes away on foot, the only advantage is the proximity of the metro and Marina Mall shopping center. The management and staff are Hindus, who apparently have their own attitude to order. Such a dump is just a disgrace for the Radisson network.

I liked the fact that the standard room, an ordinary double room, was renovated, which was not spared. Very good plumbing, expensive decoration in general. There are a lot of sockets, everything is reliable, not just how it was made (as well as everywhere we were in the UAE). There is a swimming pool on the 3rd floor on the roof. The beach is 20 minutes walk away. The location of the hotel is its main advantage - 3 minutes to the Dubai Marina shopping center, 3 minutes to the metro stop.

The room is "tired", requires repair, there is no hot water, it is slightly lukewarm, taking a shower and a bath is possible only if you are engaged in walrus swimming. We took a shower at the gym to wash up. Shower facilities are provided for one guest only, although 2 people are indicated in the booking. The sofa has bedsores, has a smell and stains. In general, the impression of rest is spoiled by staying in this hotel.

The apartment has a capsule coffee machine, capsules are left every day during cleaning. They clean up , every day , even the dishes are washed ) The staff are Hindus, Pakistanis, and I haven't met any Russian speakers, if that's a problem for anyone. Across the street is a convenience store where you can buy everything at any time , and pills , milk , hot bread , fruits . metro station , and Marina Mall cinema opposite. The location is excellent, the beach is not far away and there is no need to wander between the Marina's skyscrapers.
