The money was not returned. There was a kitchen in the room, but the dishes were not served. In general, the impression is so-so. The only plus is the location.

Terrible hotel. Not even 3 stars. I was charged for the bar, and plus for not eating! Apparently, the cleaners eat, and you pay for them! I fly to Dubai every month and this is the first time I've come across such a hotel! I do not recommend it!

My truthful review! I liked the hotel, honestly. We were so well fed, we took breakfasts and dinners, sometimes changed with lunch, there is always fish, chicken and beef, fruits watermelon melon pineapple, pastries, three types of hummus, drinks on request,coffee juices all in the assortment.Attentive staff, always responded to all requests , the gel ran out , they brought it in 5 minutes, called a taxi, at the moment, even the situation with the obsessive owner of the hotel was resolved immediately.The hotel has a pool on the 6th floor, but rather it is more for children, but if you just lie around, it is quite suitable, there is a gym, the tracks worked, there are not many simulators, but it will do to keep fit.The location is, of course, far from the sights, from the fountains, but when I bought the tour, I understood this, we traveled by taxi very conveniently, you can call Yandex at home.There is a shuttle bus to the beach at 10 a.m., and it takes you back at 2 p.m. The beach is just beautiful with white sand, but it pays 5 dirhams. There are disadvantages without them, but for me they are not significant.I am satisfied with the choice and price, and I can recommend this hotel.
