On July 23, we stayed at the inter-Sukhum hotel and did not regret our choice. Incredible views from the open balcony. A beautiful, spacious pool with enough space for everyone!
The food in the dining room is very tasty, hearty, and varied. They have never been poisoned. We do not recommend taking boiling water in the dining room, there will be a large sediment in the mug!
It takes 1 minute to walk to the sea, there are many places in the vicinity where you can have lunch or dinner if you haven't paid at the hotel (one of these is a piece of wood, ask the locals they will tell you the way, you won't regret it)
The room is not too spacious. In the center there is a large 2-bedroom bed, an additional cot. Of course, it is comfortable to sleep on it, but it creaks very much.
There are coolers with hot and cold water on the floors.
It's pretty bad about the Internet here. In our room, it was caught only at the door and behind it, on the common balcony.
Nearby there are bus stops from which you can get to the main sights of the city (monkey nursery, botanical garden, Freedom Square, etc.) the fare is 15 rubles.
In general, the impression was good. Everything is clean, neat, we recommend it!

We had a rest in November 2022. I really liked the hotel.It's all clear. The staff is very excellent. The dining room is very clean. There were breakfasts and dinners. The food is homemade. No frills, but delicious. The sea is nearby. In November, I even had to swim in the sea and sunbathe. Cool heated pool. My husband and I love Abkhazia. We are going to inter Sukhum on September 30... The breakfasts are natural, delicious, and lively. They are so high-quality that the Turkish variety does not require a soul.
Heated swimming pool and toilet on site. Three pines walk to the sea, as they say. There are convenient stairs to go to the beach.
A wonderful promenade for walking.
On the right is excellent coffee and homemade wine in an outdoor cafe with blue Pepsi umbrellas.

We had a vacation with my wife in September at this hotel.
One of the advantages is its convenient location, just 1 km from the city center, 100 meters from the sea,there are many cafes with delicious barbecue and wine near the hotel,all the hotel staff are very hospitable,the rooms are clean ,cleaned every day if you hang a sign,there is uninterrupted hot water from the boiler,mattresses can be connected with a topper on request, if you have separate beds.The TV catches 200 channels.There is free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel.If you are lucky like us and you will be on the 6th floor, you will have a wonderful view of the mountains.
Of the disadvantages, the photos on the hotel's website have nothing to do with reality, the room stock is much older and actually looks 1,000,000 times worse than in the photo.The same story with the buffet, it is meager, poor, absolutely insipid and tasteless.Do not take a half-board, you will be very disappointed in the quality and choice of dishes.I give 2 stars out of 5 for the food.In my opinion, I would look at other hotels and it would be better to be more expensive if I had the choice to go to Sukhum again.

Nice hotel. The location is quite convenient. It is 50 meters to the sea, near the city market.

I really liked it, we were in July 2024. And the food, and the room, and the cleaning, and the pool are all fine.
We took dinner and breakfast buffet, the choice is not great, but everything is delicious at home. If we went on an excursion in the evening, we had no problems rescheduling dinner for lunch.
The pool is open until 23.00, in the evening they turn on the backlight, it's generally beautiful.
The beach is 100 meters away.
The only negative is that we were bitten by mosquitoes in the room, but I do not lower the rating for this.

He lived here at the end of May 2024. Room 304. The room is gorgeous, bed linen is changed, towels seem to be every day. It is possible to use a washing machine and an iron. There is a cooler on each floor. The kitchen is great. Daily room cleaning. There is a table and chairs on the balcony. Two elevators. The staff is polite, adequate, and always ready to help. The pool is 17m, the water is clean. Every day, an employee cleans it, changes filters and refills chemicals. You can not only swim, but also swim. I didn't notice any time limits. The disadvantage is the high temperature, it is difficult to swim more than 500m. It feels like 28-30°. Today, young locals come to swim and rage, which is why they do it in outerwear and do not take a shower before visiting. Nearby there are shops, the central market, the beach, the Embankment and bus and trolleybus stops. I recommend.

From July 27- August 2, I had a vacation in Abkhazia. The choice was great for hotels. But I decided to stop at Inter-Sukhum. The sea is just a stone's throw away, the urban structure suits me just fine. I'm resting for the second time. And as always, everything was at the highest level. But if you add a variety of fruits and add a little variety to breakfast (more pastries), and for dinner you can also offer juices, then you can even rise to the level of Turkish hotels. We had a rest with my husband, I will not put any assessment, I will just write the pros and cons of this hotel!
Positive:
-location, close to a lot of infrastructure, 2 minutes walk to the sea, very convenient
-the food in the dining room is delicious and satisfying, but I would like to have more choice of drinks (there was only tea with precipitation, milk and water), there is also a small selection of food, especially for breakfast, there are no fruits, only watermelon every morning
-the room is nice, spacious and cozy, there is a TV with Internet, a large bed, a balcony)
-there is an ironing room, washing machines (for an additional 200 rubles)
Minuses:
-the most important and fat minus, because of which we will not return here, is the complete lack of sound insulation between the room and the corridor, every day from 8 a.m. until late at night you can hear every rustle, whisper, etc.; the maids clean every day throughout the day, yell in Abkhazian among themselves, call their friends on video and they talk on the radio right under the numbers, we eventually bought earplugs, but it only helped at night, daytime sleep was ruined many times
-there is no safe, no slippers, initially there was one large, small and medium towel, then they asked for another for the second person
-various insects are smeared on the walls
-the sockets are terrible, only in front of the bed, where the TV, refrigerator and modem are turned on, something has to be turned off to put the phone on charge

Just got back from vacation. We chose a hotel closer to the sea and within walking distance to all famous places in the city, and we were not mistaken. The sea is a couple of minutes away, the market and supermarket are 10 minutes away on foot, there are many cafes nearby for a snack. Not far from the botanical garden, drama theater, port, and a lot of interesting things.There is a heated swimming pool in the courtyard.We arrived at the hotel by 10 am and were immediately checked in, for this a huge plus. The staff is friendly, we had breakfast included (buffet, basically satisfying and delicious, there were not enough vegetables and a meager selection of fruits (there were tangerines and apples). There is a cooler with hot and cold water on each floor.The hotel did not leave a WOW impression,
for those who love comfort, I would not recommend it. The room is very small for two, the handle on the door barely holds, the bolt was unscrewed, the bed consisted of two shifted, which was why there was a hole in the middle, it was very uncomfortable to sleep with my husband under two single blankets, towels smelled strongly of bleach, there was at least a chair on the balcony. The Internet is free, but there is practically no Internet, it was constantly turned off.I put a solid 4. The staff in the dining room is not friendly.
The rooms were clean, tidy, lived on the 7th floor, there were no mosquitoes. There is a mesh door to the balcony, a table, two chairs and a dryer. There is no freshener in the toilet.
The bed has not been changed in 5 days, only towels. I'm giving you a 4-minus grade.

1. Everything was killed in standard rooms, as if the demob was celebrated. I've been through a few. Dirty- on the ceiling, tulle-traces of mosquitoes that were beaten, mold in and lack of platbands in the bathtub. The toilet paper is grey-I didn't even know that it was still for sale! It is very unpleasant to be there.
2. I do not recommend eating breakfast-the nipples are overcooked, the casserole is lumpy, everything is tasteless.
3. Weddings are constantly taking place in the hotel- this makes it impossible to sleep in silence, and in the morning everything around the entrance is, sorry, covered in vomit, and is not cleaned.
4. Neighbors saw a live cockroach.
5. If there is no wedding, you will wake up so early in the morning from loud dialogues of the maids who came to clean.
6. Even the information from the Wi-Fi password is irrelevant-there is a new one only at the reception. The room is not working. And there is no phone in the room. You can only find out by going down.
They took it without choosing, at the right moment. I was very unpleasantly surprised. They say there are suites and everything is different there, but for this price there are hotels in the development.

Огромный плюс данной гостиницы-это расположение: рядом с пляжем, недалеко от рынка и можно пешком гулять до центра. Вежливый и внимательный персонал. Номера очень маленькие, на балконе нет даже стульчика, чтобы присесть, не говоря уже о столиках.В целом в номере все необходимое есть: вода, чайник, чашки, туалетные принадлежности. Тонкие деревянные двери ведущие в коридор из номера закрываются на обычный металлический ключ, слышимость колоссальная-шумоизоляции никакой. Боковой вид на море у всех номеров. Удобно, что есть трансфер до Сочи. Есть бассейн, но мы ни разу к нему даже не подходили-оценить глубину и качество воды сложно. Огромный минус этого отеля, на мой взгляд, это завтраки-с таким скудным выбором встречались впервые: замороженные блинчики, запеканка, яйца или омлет, каша, вареная овощная смесь и булочки. 1 вид фрукта-недозрелый обычно и растворимый кофе. Вместо молока в миске сгущенка. Хорошо, что мы брали только завтраки. Отдыхали в июле 2022 года. Второй раз вряд ли бы вернулась в эту гостиницу, хотя сам Сухум очень понравился. В Абхазии в целом уже не первый раз-прекрасная красивая страна и гостеприимные люди.

Breakfast caused confusion and laughter. Eggs, pasta and sausages . On the first day, the sausages cut into pieces were boiled, on the second day they were fried in the oven and served as fresh. Moreover, there were stains and traces of contact with other products on the sausages. It was not correct to take them. Then, the curd casserole made an indelible impression. Inside there were pieces of hard curd product, rubber ones.Then, something like pearl barley interspersed with the same ground sausages. Butter cubes. Tea, coffee, sugar, milk in boxes and condensed milk in a bowl.I liked the buns, I used them with tea, nothing else is possible there. That's all. Только вернулись с отдыха ( 11.07- 18.07.23). Все очень понравилось. Отель удобно расположен: рядом рынок, площадь свободы, ботанический сад и обезъяник. Море в нескольких шагах от отеля. В отеле есть бассейн. Номер был на двух взрослых + ребенок. В номере есть фен, кондиционер, холодильник и телевизор. В коридоре есть куллер. Если хотите горячего напитка, то лучше брать с собой кипятильник.Брала завтрак и ужин. Кормят вкусно, всегда есть из чего выбрать. Минус только в том, что добираться из Москвы пришлось целый день, т.е два дня из 7 дней отпуска просто пропало на дорогу. Люди доброжелательные, если заблудился, можно к любому обратиться и тебе всегда помогут. Как ты к людям, так и к тебе. В следующий раз обязательно сюда вернусь, но уже на подольше, что бы можно было съездить на экскурсии 😃 Вечером комары одолевают, фумитокс в номере не спасал. На сайте написано, что номера для некурящих, но в номере есть пепельница и можно свободно курить на балконе. На балконе есть веревка для сушки вещей с признаками. Читала в отзывах, что вещи не успевают просохнуть, я ничего такого не заметила, все высыхало быстро и без проблем. У бассейна лежаки бесплатно, на пляже - платно. Пляж -галька, без спец.обуви ходить и заходить в море проблематично. Брала с собой для пляжа полотенца, т.к в отеле не выдают пляжных полотенец. В целом, я очень довольна отпуском и отелем👍

The security at the hotel actively chases vacationers who go to the hotel building in swimsuits. Otherwise, consider there is no security. Because drunk companies can sit next to the bar until three in the morning and yell and cackle wildly until three in the morning (taking into account the acoustics of the hotel courtyard), interfering with the sleep of vacationers. But the guards are apparently afraid to get in touch and ask to behave more quietly. It's not like to fight with swimsuits ...

Проживаем с 06 по 15.09. Расположение отличное, столовая Сели Поели за углом метров 200м. Вкусно и не дорого. Рядом кафе в сторону моря - не вкусно совершенно. Море 300м наверно. Пляж: шезлонг 150р, зонт и шезлонг на 2х 600р. Заход коменистый, можно без обуви, но лучше купить. Сам отель приличный, ничего особенного. Брали стандарт 2х местный. Номер 311 вид во двор, минус что рядом блоки кондиционера от решепшена и они гудят, иногда заходит дым курящих внизу. На балконе нет где присесть, стулья в номере не удобные для посиделок. На двери сетка-дверь от камаров, без нее никак. Комаров куча. При заселении обращайте на это внимание. Идеально жить повыше конечно. Сторона не ясно какая лучше, музыка от кафе слышна будет со всех сторон. Если толькт жить на сторону дороги возможно потише. Уборка мусора раз в 3 дня. Полная уборка с заменой постельного раз в 5 дней. Сломался кран в душевой, сказала горничной, через 5 минут был сантехник, все починили. На 3м этаже гладильная комната. Постирать одежду 250р. Брали с завтраком, однообразно 2 вида каши, сосиски, запеканка, омлет или вареное яйцо, булочки, творог, кусочки сыра, спагетти, гречка. Чай в пакетиквх, кофе растворимый, молоко, сгущенка. Для девочки достаточно, мужчин врядли накормить возможно Трансфер групповой 1400р человек, индивидуальный частный 3500р машина. Расположение гостиницы реально удачное, набережная рядом, центральный рынок за углом, дендрарий 20мин прогулочным шагом.

Every time we come to this hotel - the sea is very close, breakfast is included in the price (nothing special, homemade, but delicious and I don't want to eat until the evening), the room is clean. But there are a lot of mosquitoes!

The lobby is nice, the rooms are ordinary, a person weighing more than 70 kg can barely fit in the shower. Problems with light and Wi-Fi almost every day, though not for long. Once, even the refrigerator leaked. But all this is compensated by the friendly attitude of the staff, room cleaning every day, linen change after 4 days, delicious, albeit monotonous food, clean pool and location near the sea.

Nice hotel. We liked it. We were well received and quickly settled in. The room is clean. The breakfasts are quite tasty. But the pool did not inspire confidence. Not quite clean.
