He boasted that he had been to many countries and only ate in restaurants, but he didn't know where we were.What is his job? I think such an employee would be of little interest to other agencies. They did not take advantage of his advice and did not take excursions from him.

I had to call the reception myself (10 minutes) and find out the transfer time. The same situation was in Turkey. I don't understand why coral travel cooperates with them....

Отдыхали в Эмиратах в конце декабря -начале января 2024- 25г. гид Мурат -представитель данной турфирмы и уроженец солнечного Узбекистана возил нас в Абу-Даби и забыл на одном из объектов, а именно после ужина в ресторане. Сам поел и побежал в автобус не пересчитав туристов и уехал.Мы догоняли туристический автобус на такси за собственные средства .После этого Мурат не захотел нам вернуть потраченные на такси деньги и туроператор тоже, наехав на нас - на пострадавшую сторону. Не рекомендую категорически этого туроператора. Если вы отдыхаете в Объединённых Арабских Эмиратах избегайте гида Мурата. Одно хамство и бессовестность.
