Hoedarden Signature Restaurant in Kutasi! In the very center, parking is tight here. The central square is close. Khvanchkara for 15 lari, the rest is cheaper. Khinkali score, they look very decent. The service is available in Russian, but not all waiters, everything is fast. The coffee is very decent, the salads are my honor. I haven't tried the beer since I was driving.

It's a hype place where there are a lot of tourists, so the waiters allow themselves to behave quite brazenly. Firstly, they brought the wrong dish that they ordered. When they were told about this, they just ignored us, like, eat what you brought, we don't have time for you. Secondly, when I paid in cash, they simply did not bring the change (the account went to 64 lari, 36 they did not deign to return, also simply ignoring us). When they were told about this, the cashier guy started shouting something in his own language and threw a handful of bills and coins on the counter. As it turned out, there are only about 17 GEL. We didn't argue with them, but simply concluded that in such places it is necessary to pay with a card. Be vigilant!

The best Khinkali is at least in the city, but for my taste it is in Georgia in general. Delicious, polite, fast! Is there no menu in Russian? Well, minimal English is enough to read it. And also a very interesting chacha, more like whiskey. In general, I highly recommend you to visit!

The food is average, the ojahuri is undercooked, the potatoes were raw. The Khinkali is good, but the service is at zero. They didn't take out the drinks, they included them in the bill, although we already asked not to include them, but after a long wait, they still refunded the money for the drinks. The guys are very young, they hang out more, they don't work, they took everything out for a very long time, they completely forgot and didn't fit, they had to carry the payment themselves because they didn't pick up the bill.
