Tired furniture and repairs, a faucet is leaking in the room and a small cockroach was seen. Forget about slippers, bathrobes and individual accessories (toothbrush, balm, etc.), there is only a towel and shower gel with soap in reusable jars, although they are declared as 4 stars. The staff is polite and smiling. The breakfast is basic, a buffet, but very modest without frills, in principle, there are no comments.

Excellent 4-star apartment hotel! Fully corresponds to the stated cost, excellent location in terms of accessibility to all locations of the city. The metro, restaurants and supermarkets are just a stone's throw away, and everything you need to relax. Daily cleaning, friendly and courteous staff leaves only a good impression of the hotel. It is clear that the rooms are not new, the furniture is shabby in places, but everything is clean and tidy. At 40 degrees Celsius, we lived with the air conditioner turned off all week, for some reason the rooms are still cool and comfortable. There is also a nice swimming pool with a children's area on the roof. For the stated price, this hotel is a very good option.

A wonderful hotel! Quiet, easy. The location is very convenient, the metro is close. Every day there is cleaning, towels are changed, water, tea, coffee are brought. You can cook by yourself, all the dishes are available. There are inexpensive cafes nearby, you can eat there, or pick up at the hotel.

A family of 5 people stayed at the hotel for the May holidays. I liked the spacious room and the convenient location. Near everything you need, cafes, shops, pharmacy, metro. To any park we went to, no more than 40 minutes by taxi. The staff is polite, especially in the restaurant. The reception is also always friendly. We were settled a little earlier, it was nice. They cleaned regularly, well, sometimes even very efficiently. I didn't like that there is no timetable for the transfer to the beach, and it is only on request, and only in the morning. In general, it is inconvenient and we did not use it. And they didn't put an extra bed on us at check-in, we had to contact the company to prove that it was paid for. We always take it, and this is the first time. We had to go to the reception, contact the operator, they had to contact the hotel, although everything was indicated in the documents. I also asked for bathrobes and slippers, they brought one, I had to ask for a second one and slippers. The robes are clean, but very washed. The breakfasts are so-so, but there is always something to eat. And so, everything was necessary. We were very satisfied with the money we paid.

The website states that they take us to the beach from the hotel, when we started signing up, they refused us, they said that there were no seats available, then they took us once, and after that they sent a letter to the room that their car was under repair and they would not take us, in total, out of 11 days of our stay at this hotel, they answered the beach Once, we took a taxi ourselves.

We are currently staying at the hotel. Cleaning. We went to a dirty room. This was reported at the reception. The next day, a whole team was sent to us to clean the room, which fulfilled our requirements. There are no detergents, sponges, rags, towels, washing machines in the kitchen.powder. We bought the chemicals ourselves. At our request, we were given rags, a clothes dryer, and charging adapters. Transfer to the beach. On the first day when we arrived in Dubai, there was a downpour. We didn't need a transfer to the beach. The next day, when asked for a transfer, they said that he would not be there for two days until the weather returned to normal.Then we had a day of sightseeing, we didn't need a transfer again.When we came to find out about the transfer today, we were brazenly deceived by saying that the beach was closed during Ramadan. But seeing our reaction, and that we were starting to find out if it was true, they came up to us with advice to take a taxi to the beach. I had to take a taxi to the beach. it turns out that we have to take a taxi to the beach, spending about 1,500 rubles a day every day.

I'm staying with my family for the second time. Two-room suite on the 6th floor, under the pool. Of the cons: The wooden furniture in the bathroom is covered with mold. The air conditioner in the small room does not work. All air conditioners smell musty. Sofas and chairs are stained. Several times the staff forgot to put towels after cleaning. There was no restaurant menu in the room. Hoods overlook the pool, there is a constant smell of food there. Free Wi-Fi with limited speed, video does not pull, you have to pay extra for the speed. Of the advantages: New appliances and plumbing. Clean bed linen. Smart TV in every room. There is a grocery store nearby. The hotel is 3, has become worse in five years. I don't recommend it.
