I don't know how anyone can? But I like the hotels of the Soviet past. The building is fundamental, the walls through which the neighbors cannot be heard, you can get enough sleep, no one bothers you with any stupid questions, there is always a floor attendant, there is always someone at the reception who will answer all questions, tell you the nearest cafe where it is not expensive and tasty, and so on. Yes, the interior wants improvements, but the bed and the bed are of decent quality. Yes, sometimes it resembles other hotels, well, for example Shymkent, or Uralsk. But still, I really like staying in such a hotel. And everything is in order with the documents. They can even send it through a courier. So I'll give you FIVE stars.

To get breakfast, you need to present a ticket to the hall attendant (it turns out at the reception). Coupons are one-day, you need to constantly take new ones, which is not very convenient. In general, for the style "spent the night, went to work / study, came to sleep" is a good option. It is quite possible to live. Wet cleaning is done every day. Bed linen is changed every 3 days.

I really didn't like it! A very old building, screws sticking out of the floor in the room holding the laminate. Old cracked windows, a terrible smell in the toilet. From the very morning (around 8:30), the puncher began to work mixed with the blows of a sledgehammer, and on the third day they left without water for half a day. WI-FI (ask the receptionist for the password) in rooms only in the center of the hotel closer to the lobby, BUT! WI-FI allows only popular sites like mail.ru or yandex, for example, you can log in on Google, but not on gmail anymore. The kitchen in the restaurant on the 2nd floor is just terrible, and the cafe on the 5th floor looks more like a canteen.
